Have used RW to manage my rental property for about 4-5 years now. Have had no issues. They have been great in finding tenants and providing timely information when requested. Recently dealt with Reynart Apdon on an item that needed fixing at my rental property. He kept me very informed, and updated. Any questions were responded to in a timely manner.
