Sean *****from the Renters Warehouse helped me find tenants for my townhouse. Right now because of the COVID-19 the situation is very hard for tenants and for landlords. I was very worried if I would be able to find responsible long-term tenants. Sean ***** did all the work. He was very responsive replying to my emails on weekends and late evenings, very attentive to my wishes and comments, quick and knowledgeable with required paperwork. I have never in my life ever experienced this level of customer service from a management company. We rent a condo from them for our elderly mother. She had a water heater issue that they addressed right away. Email response was super fast. And they consistently called and texted to update me on the issue and resolution. Whatever infrastructure they have in place to handle after hours and regular maintenance issues is incredibly efficient. I wish all management companies used it.
