Do not use, they are quick to take money from you, but if you have questions (such as, did my renter pay rent this month?) you get told to call an 800 number. You call the 800 number and they refer you to an online portal. After paying them 2500 bucks up front and over 100 a month, they don't seem to think of me as their client. Avoid Renter's warehouse and Joshua Rand if you want to be in the loop about what is happening with your property. Worst company EVER! Moved in to a rental house in a beautiful neighborhood with a home that was disgusting after the last tenants moved out and renters warehouse let me move in without even touching the home. There was food on the countertops and floor with ants, bathrooms that never were cleaned with mold, dog smell and urine on the carpets, water damage to drywall, holes in the walls, mismatch paint patches in every room of the house, broken fireplace, broken garage door, broken dryer vent cap on the outside of the house ... read more

We recently worked with Luke Barton to get our home rented and managed, he was very efficient and helpful. He came out the same day that I called into the office and I felt like he was truly looking out for our best interests. Our situation was difficult- we had to get everything done within 2 weeks due to moving out of the rental and into our new home. Luke got us renters in a week, went out of his way to get us what we needed, and made sure everything was taken care of so we hit our deadline. I HIGHLY recommend Luke.

Profesional, Kind, On Target, very educated on the market and a great staff!!! I own a dozen rental properties, I used renters warehouse to find a place to lease and was so impressed with the process I am planning to move all my real estate holdings to them to handle.

Absolutely avoid this company.NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Maintenance requests go unanswered and when you finally reach someone by phone they are located at some 3rd-party call center that have no clue about your issues. The Austin office does not answer the phone. Calls are transferred to Minnesota or Chicago. "Rental Adviser" ignores your calls, text messages, etc after you sign your contract. Hopefully they provide some value to the homeowner because they don't deliver any to the renter.

Where to begin? They lied to me from the beginning when the woman (Claudia S.) who sold us on renting our home out. She said she was to be with us all along the way, but after papers were signed she disappeared never to be heard from again. We called, but she said she wasn't involved after the set up. I didn't want pets, she said we'll charge a 'non-refundable' deposit, deep in the paperwork she changed it to 'refundable.'
