I want to start this review by saying I did not end up leasing with Renters Warehouse, so my review is ONLY about the listing tour process. This summer I toured a property in South Austin with Michael Sammons who is a renting advisor. I found the property on Zillow, and Michael was easy to schedule an appointment with. I currently live at 3612 Warfield drive in Killeen. This is going to be a long review but please read it. I moved in on February 5th 5 days later than what I was told that I would be able to move into. Since moving in our AC unit has gone out multiple times because it is so old. Which is now cause my electric bill to be about 400 to $500 a month. Marydel with Maintenance was very quick and efficient. She received our work request and responded right away advising us that the vendor would be out the next day. The work was completed well by the vendor. Marydel followed up with us to ensure the work was done right. She's definitely a valuable team member at RW. Thank you! Christy

Renter's Warehouse is THE way to go for property management. So easy and convenient especially for remote owners. Leah in the Maintenance Department has been helpful in coordinating a few projects on a condo I own.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DONT DO ANYTHING AND DONT TELL YOU ANYTHING! Rented a house that was $5700 a month for 6 months. TLDR: Dont use them, as BOTH a RENTER and a HOMEOWNER. -They never did anything for us which made us have to talk to the homeowner directly (Great laid back people) to get anything fixed, -They gave us an eviction notice because their own website didnt process our payment that month -Were super anal about us getting our security deposit back charging $40 to replace a battery in a smoke detecto... read more

I was without a fridge for over a month on 2 different occasions and nobody at this location cared. When I did finally get a replacement fridge, they replaced it with a 7.5 cubic ft MINI FRIDGE. I was living in a 2 bedroom 2 story condo! It didn't even fit a jug of milk on the shelf! The location I rented on Ohlen Rd is FULL of mold and water damage. The AC was leaking so bad that it rotted out the floor of the pantry and it was repaired by shoving a piece of plywood not even removing the damaged wood. The dishwasher leaked ... read more

After all of this mess, someone from RW actually told our tenants that WE initiated the eviction. This was a complete lie and freaked our tenants out, requiring us to do some serious damage control. Worst company ever.

Okay, I will start with the good. RW did do a good job finding our tenants. They're great. No complaints there. But, as others have mentioned before, RW is quick to take your money but once you've signed on the dotted line, they're going to disappear. You'll make attempts to navigate their portal which, I have to say as a UI designer, is one of the worst sites I have ever seen.
