Okay, I will start with the good. RW did do a good job finding our tenants. They're great. No complaints there. But, as others have mentioned before, RW is quick to take your money but once you've signed on the dotted line, they're going to disappear. You'll make attempts to navigate their portal which, I have to say as a UI designer, is one of the worst sites I have ever seen. Renters Warehouse is a very disorganized and poor company to work with and I will explain why. We worked with them as tenants for 3 years and had to send out multiple times to get things fixed. Some things never got fixed like our well which went out during three winters leaving us without water for several days. Each time they sent people out, they had no clue how a well worked, literally. Don't rent if this service is used! it's been a nightmare getting any request done through their website and they just updated and changed their website that messed things up even more. They turned off my auto payment when they changed their website and I had hell setting it back up, every time I try to make a request for anything it won't let you click on the request thus you can't summit. I do not understand the point of Renters Warehouse. We moved in as a tenant in February with the understanding that a company would be able to much better deal with any issues over a normal landlord. We have had 2 major issues since February- the first time with our house flooding and they directed it to the owner. Where it took 6 weeks to correct the issue in the rainiest time of the year with absolutely NO communication from anyone. And then they refused to fix the floor the water ruined. My initial interactions with RW two years ago were very positive however the customer service at this point is non-existent. I am an owner and my tenants lease renewal notice (60 day) is due in 8 days. I have not had any contact from RW asking if I plan to continue renting and how much the next year rent would be (last renewal we sorted this about about 90 days ahead of time). I am very happy with Josh in the the Austin office. He has done a wonderful job for me in the past and currently getting my new renters in. He is always available and will even go the extra mile for you, going by my house during the management part. He is sales part. He vetted in my new tenants. My old tenants moved out 12/31/2018 and new ones moved in 2/14/2019. The whole process was pretty smooth. I do however struggle with management part of the RW. Avoid Renters Warehouse at all cost! My property manager is terrible. They don't enforce the lease agreement with the tenants. My tenants have the grass three feet high despite in the lease it states they suppose take care of the lawn. Had to get the AC repaired for the tenants and the property manager is forwarding texts of tenants complaints to me at 6:00 a.m. in morning. This is the worst management company I have ever encountered. They have no communication system in place. It is impossible to get a direct phone number or email to contact them about anything. We had water pouring through our ceiling from two pipes that were not connected, I had to call the guy who leased us the apartment because he is the only direct contact we have. They came to stop the leak but they have not repaired the hole in our ceiling or rehung the light fixture in over a month. They keep closing the ticket even th... read more

A horrific service company that never delivers. Horrible customer service and hardly interested in the tenant. Staff is Not trained well and gives incomplete information. We've had to write corporate numerous times and they apologize but do not take action --you will be sorry using. This service
