Reymart from Renters Warehouse is very prompt, professional and efficient with handling all of the maintenance issues we have had with our properties. He is polite, thorough and gets questions answered from the vendor in a timely manner (usually the same day). If Reymart is handling your maintenance issues, be rest assured that your property is in good hands.

Reymart Apdon with Renters Warehouse has been excellent meeting our needs as clients and always goes above and beyond what is needed. His great customer service -can do attitude is so helpful and comforting. Working with Reymart is a pleasure and we are 'in the loop' so we know what's going on straight away. He is Friendly and professional. We really appreciate the very good communication skills he has also!

Renters ware house stole our belongings and then lied about the situation. Lies lies! Thank goodness for emails. My children stuff all gone!! Tv, brand new lawnmower, baseball cards that were worth top dollar. I could go on. Definitely look at property management before you rent!! Scum

I have never in my life ever experienced this level of customer service from a management company. Reymart from Renters Warehouse was amazing. We rent a condo from them for our elderly mother. She had a water heater issue that they addressed right away. Email response was super fast. And they consistently called and texted to update me on the issue and resolution. Whatever infrastructure they have in place to handle after hours and regular maintenance issues is incredibly efficient. I wish all management companies used it.

Not even a few hours after submitting a maintenance request in, I got an email confirming the authorization. Scheduling was easy and at my availability. Both gentlemen that came fixed all of the things listed, quick and easy. They were friendly and respectful to both my husband and I, and our home. The ladies that I speak to, through email, are SUPER sweet and friendly and makes sure everything is completed and completed correctly.

Do not use Renter Warehouse. Renters warehouse will not do a single thing about your security deposit. They leave complete authority power in the owners hands. This is wrong and they've done this to multiple people through the years. When working with the Security Deposits Coordinator, she literally stated that this the most effective method for them to conduct business.

Renters Warehouse is very poorly run. I have had numerous issues through leasing my home. The latest issue is on Sept 5th my renter made 2 payments. I was notified by email on on Sept 17 that their 3rd party payment processor was unable to process the payment due to a system error on their end. The payment was returned to the renter and they resubmitted it on Sept 18. I received $450 of the $907 payment. Where is the remaining funds? I've called twice. I moved into a house managed by Renters Warehouse almost a month ago and you would think I wouldn't been leaving a review so soon. It is that bad. The second night after I moved in a car drove through the fence almost crashing through the house inches away from where my child was sleeping. Since then it's been a nightmare to get Renters Warehouse to get someone here to start to repair the damage.
