So far this has been the worst experience of my life. Jack Oechsler has been awful as a leasing agent. The house he tried to force me to rent today had black mold on the walls, holes in the walls, was so overgrown with weeds the size of large trees, had trash piled up in the corners of the basement, and he still tried to force me to sign the lease. We had such a Great experience with Renters Warehouse. Zach was a pleasure to work with and always quick to respond. They made our rental experience easy and with the use of technology we were able to submit most everything from the comfort of home. Although our experience was short lived with renters warehouse, only because we bought the house we were renting through them, it was and is worth recommending them to a renter.
