ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE company!!! Where do I even begin. My roommate and I moved into a house offered by Renter's Warehouse in June of 2014. On first inspection everything seemed to be great and working like it should be. After moving in I noticed a towel holder wasn't secured to the wall properly. Even giving them 1 star is to much. We had a situation with them that was the worst. Now, I understand some of it was out of their hands but they offered no help. We met, filled out an application, got approved, and then they couldn't get a hold of the owner. Or so I hope that's the truth. We have been renting a house managed by Renter's Warehouse for over a month. They have not addressed any of the issues that arose in the move-in inspection. There is a stairway with no railing on the outside. They can't get the contractors to fix it because they owe the contractors a lot of money that is over 90 days overdue. The only acknowledgement of our repair requests we have received is an email (form letter) that advises us not to call them. The beginning of the application process was very intrusive to say the least. I withdrew my application because I felt very uncomfortable with having to answer questions that were not related to the application process. One question was, who was the gentleman that accompanied me to the showing? and what was his living situation? If you are looking for a quality professional that puts your interests in front, go with Caleb Lash! Although we ended up going with another provider, it had to do with a factor that was out of his control. He listened to what I needed and asked. If I go with a property manager in the future, I will be calling him.

So far this has been the worst experience of my life. Jack Oechsler has been awful as a leasing agent. The house he tried to force me to rent today had black mold on the walls, holes in the walls, was so overgrown with weeds the size of large trees, had trash piled up in the corners of the basement, and he still tried to force me to sign the lease. We had such a Great experience with Renters Warehouse. Zach was a pleasure to work with and always quick to respond. They made our rental experience easy and with the use of technology we were able to submit most everything from the comfort of home. Although our experience was short lived with renters warehouse, only because we bought the house we were renting through them, it was and is worth recommending them to a renter. Thank you so much Zach!
