Chris Mulhern was very responsive and helpful throughout the viewing and move in process. He was able to meet us at our work to pick up deposits and made sure that we were in the loop through email and phone. Where Chris really impressed me was in his ability to draw the line when damages to the property were not up to standards. Our carpets ended up being replaced last minute due to the neglect of previous tenant(s). Most people wouldn't have cared enough to take this initiative. Unfortunately there is little to no response to maintenance tickets. Unprofessional company that specializes in leasing slumlord properties. They change their "Rent Estate Advisors" like underwear, you'll never know who to contact with issues. They emphasize that they'll work with all parties and then remove any person that has any ethics that may have helped from the account. They allow the owners to harass the tenants and say there is nothing they can do. They only care about the money they get. This place is such a terrible joke. I was a renter at one of the properties they "managed" and they were so unprofessional and lazy. I had a roommate moving out, and within a week, another one moving in. I called and asked them to come to do a walk through so the new tenant wouldn't get hit for any damage the previous tenant may have caused. Tenants are not able to request property inspections which is why you were advised that you could send pictures in lieu of an inspection. The homeowner is provided two maintenance inspections per year and they are the party who would choose when these inspections would occur.
