Tried to see a house being shown by Gavin Kelly. He took 2 days to respond about the exact address of the showing, which he only sent an hour after the time of the showing. I even emailed him 6 hours before the showing to let him know that I obviously wouldn't be there. He then repeatedly emailed me and was extremely unprofessional. Very telling of the kind of company this would be to rent from. Fail to respond when you need information, but barrage you when they feel they've been slighted. I'm good, thanks.

Kudos to my Renters Warehouse sales rep Suzanne Hogan. Suzanne and I met in 2017 when she explained RW policy for finding renters for my Aurora townhouse. I was very impressed with the caliber of renters that Suzanne presented. The tenants we chose couldn't have been better. I'm sorry to see them leave but I trust that Suzanne will do another exceptional job of finding new tenants. I'm happy to be working with Suzanne again.

My Leasing Agent Peter Temple made this a quick and painless experience! I highly recommend him and renters Warehouse. Within just a few weeks they had my property rented with great tenants who have signed a 2yr lease!

We were looking for a place to rent and Gavin was representing the house that we were interested in. Emily is amazing!. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She promptly returns phonecalls and texts. Common sense and competency are in short supply nowadays, but not with Emily. She even gave us a card and donuts as a housewarming gift! She's a class act.... It's ironic that this is called "Renters Warehouse" because nothing about it is for the benefit of the renter. The renter actually has a pretty bad experience. You'll notice that each and every one of the positive reviews here is on the owner side, and the many, many more negative ones come from the actual renters. Any customer service experienced is not for the renter; it is for the owner. The renter is instead treated like an inept criminal from start to finish. Beware owners! I hired RW to see if they could place quality tenants faster than I could myself. Their advertising used my photos and my ad copy on the same websites that I was advertising on. In other words they added zero marketing value. As for results.....well, in a month, there were 4-5 showings (very low for this market). The one application that RW sent me was for an undocumented immigrant that is falsefying documents - they have no credit and no verifiable criminal background. Have used Renters Warehouse for 3-1/2 years, with multiple brand new or like new properties. In that time, I've fired them from two properties and will be getting rid of them entirely next year due to the following issues: - Tenants offered are low quality and have not been carefully screened. Tenants destroyed one house ($18K in damages) and in two properties, two different tenants both set up full scale illegal marijuana grow operations, with illegal modifications to electrical and water systems in the houses. - More than... read more
