Very disappointed. This company took our application fee for a house that was not available for rent. When I asked for the fees to be returned I was told that they weren't refundable.

I know most people only come to review when something went wrong. I am no different HOWEVER it's how the situation was handled that I can give a 5 star rating. Suman was great to work with from start to finish. She even had to do extra work to get our money back. She brought a ready, willing, and able client for a rental only to have an issue with the homeowner. I sure hope she gets to collect a commission as she performed her duties. Suman was a true professional and made a super stressful situation as smooth as possible.

As a landlord, I'm extremely frustrated and unhappy with their lack of service and indifference to an overdue rent situation that they are allowing to go south. James Blood, the manager does not return calls; I suspect he no longer works there. Their home office in Arizona is not responding at all to calls and emails. They started out great, but are now in zero star territory.
Cant give Zero stars :( We are renting a property from RW currently and are NOT impressed by their service one bit. Ill start from the very beginning. When we came to look at the property the Agent just stood in the living room while we walked around, didn't have much to say and it almost seemed like we were inconveniencing him by wanting to see the property. Avoid at all costs if you're a property owner and looking for someone to manage your property. Although Renters Warehouse was fairly good about finding a tenant for our property, that's literally the only thing they did during the two years they were our property manager. They would not address serious maintenance issues without so many calls from us, that it would take less time to address the issue ourselves. If there were zero stars, they'd earn it. You don't even get what you pay for with RW - and I wouldn't use their services if they were free! We lived out of state and needed a property manager for our rental. They were great at getting the house leased, but after we handed over the bulk of the money they would get from the total rental transaction, they were beyond terrible. I wish I could give this company zero stars. I have been renting for over 13 years and have dealt with numerous management companies. Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessional, mis-management, and blatant taking advantage of both the resident and the landlord. Absolutely horrible. We have had a roof leak and its been 3 weeks since we have called. We just get pushed around from person to person who doesn't know what is going on. I also called off work to be home for a scheduled time slot. No one showed. When I called to asked why no one showed, they said the vendor called said he could not make it. he had called the night before and told renters that he wouldn't be able to make it. They didn't courtesy to call and inform us. Just horrible!
This review is only about Nichole Costa, our rental agent. She was fantastic! From start to end, I was able to rent a home in less than 4 hours! She kept me updated about everything and had the best communication with me. I never received intrusive application questions like other yelpers mentioned nor did I have to pay any hidden fees. Everything was communicated to me very well! First months and safety deposit just like anywhere else. So far it's been a great experience!
