Have used Renters Warehouse for 3-1/2 years, with multiple brand new or like new properties. In that time, I've fired them from two properties and will be getting rid of them entirely next year due to the following issues: - Tenants offered are low quality and have not been carefully screened. Avoid Chris Mulher in the Denver office. Completely unprofessional. He was late to the showing. He didn't follow up and I had to reach out to him multiple times. He couldn't answer any basic questions about the property. He couldn't give a solid answer on any pricing. We applied for a property in Fort Lupton. If I could give them a negative review I would. I'm writing this nearly 6 months post move out after taking them to small claims court for withholding my security deposit based on false claims. They completed my move out with photo evidence, and a checklist documenting the unit was "clean". A month later, I was told I would not receive my security deposit in full due to water damage in the unit, "standing water" as the homeowner notated. This is the worst rental management company. We own a house in Colorado and we don't live there, so we had to hire a management company. We should have found a new company to manage our property a long time ago. They have not been helpful, and they have made us loose money. If you're looking for a company to manage a house you own, don't waste your time nor money. Renters Warehouse is full of lazy people who will not try to help you. I wish I had checked out Renters Warehouse before we leased through them. the only thing they're good at is collecting the rent! I have been begging someone to come out for a month and service the sprinkler system. It is turned off because the water constantly runs, and the grass is dying, but their maintenance reporting process is a giant black hole.
