I've used Renters Warehouse for 3 years now and they do a terrific job handling our rental property. They are helpful and Shannon G was most professional and prompt in taking care of our inspection request. Highly recommend using RWH for your rental needs.

I wish I had checked out Renters Warehouse before we leased through them. the only thing they're good at is collecting the rent! I have been begging someone to come out for a month and service the sprinkler system. It is turned off because the water constantly runs, and the grass is dying, but their maintenance reporting process is a giant black hole. WARNING! Hopefully this reviews helps someone avoid the nightmare of working with this company. I can't believe these people stay in business. You are allowed two random inspections per year as a part of your management agreement. The random inspections must be requested by the homeowner. Very disappointed. This company took our application fee for a house that was not available for rent. When I asked for the fees to be returned I was told that they weren't refundable.

I know most people only come to review when something went wrong. I am no different HOWEVER it's how the situation was handled that I can give a 5 star rating. Suman was great to work with from start to finish. She even had to do extra work to get our money back. She brought a ready, willing, and able client for a rental only to have an issue with the homeowner. I sure hope she gets to collect a commission as she performed her duties. Suman was a true professional and made a super stressful situation as smooth as possible.

As a landlord, I'm extremely frustrated and unhappy with their lack of service and indifference to an overdue rent situation that they are allowing to go south. James Blood, the manager does not return calls; I suspect he no longer works there. Their home office in Arizona is not responding at all to calls and emails. They started out great, but are now in zero star territory.
