Absolutely horrible. Ever since Nick and Justin left they have totally changed their whole office. Somehow they have mixed up accounts and nobody is on the same page. We have paid rent on time for over 4 years straight. Now out of the blue they are saying we owe all this money!! They have been threatening and even put a notice of possession on our door!!!! Joe Branter will tell you multiple stories, none of which make sense, or that he can prove, about why you have not received the refund on your security deposit. My last day contract day at the property they manage was 4-30-16 and I still cannot get a straight answer on my refund. I actually moved out on 4-16 and gave Renter's Warehouse and the owner complete access to the house two weeks before the end of the lease. Renters Warehouse are literally the shadiest group of property managers there are. They will try to keep your deposit. Dodge your phone calls and won't respond to voicemails. When the fridge in your apartment breaks they won't have a technician out for at least a week. They still want their money on time every month though even though they could care less about taking care of their renters If I could leave 0 stars for renters warehouse I would

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE company!!! Where do I even begin. My roommate and I moved into a house offered by Renter's Warehouse in June of 2014. On first inspection everything seemed to be great and working like it should be. After moving in I noticed a towel holder wasn't secured to the wall properly. I called Renter's Warehouse and they said they wouldn't be able to send anyone out but if I HAD to have it fixed to fix it myself and they would take it off of the rent next month. Even giving them 1 star is to much. We had a situation with them that was the worst. Now, I understand some of it was out of their hands but they offered no help. We met, filled out an application, got approved, and then they couldn't get a hold of the owner. Or so I hope that's the truth. We have been renting a house managed by Renter's Warehouse for over a month. They have not addressed any of the issues that arose in the move-in inspection. There is a stairway with no railing on the outside. They can't get the contractors to fix it because they owe the contractors a lot of money that is over 90 days overdue. The only acknowledgement of our repair requests we have received is an email (form letter) that advises us not to call them. The beginning of the application process was very intrusive to say the least. I withdrew my application because I felt very uncomfortable with having to answer questions that were not related to the application process. One question was, who was the gentleman that accompanied me to the showing? and what was his living situation? If you are looking for a quality professional that puts your interests in front, go with Caleb Lash! Although we ended up going with another provider, it had to do with a factor that was out of his control. He listened to what I needed and asked. If I go with a property manager in the future, I will be calling him.
