Absolutely horrible. We have had a roof leak and its been 3 weeks since we have called. We just get pushed around from person to person who doesn't know what is going on. I also called off work to be home for a scheduled time slot. No one showed. When I called to asked why no one showed, they said the vendor called said he could not make it. he had called the night before and told renters that he wouldn't be able to make it. They didn't courtesy to call and inform us. Just horrible!
This review is only about Nichole Costa, our rental agent. She was fantastic! From start to end, I was able to rent a home in less than 4 hours! She kept me updated about everything and had the best communication with me. I never received intrusive application questions like other yelpers mentioned nor did I have to pay any hidden fees. Everything was communicated to me very well! First months and safety deposit just like anywhere else. So far it's been a great experience!
I own multiple properties and worked with renters warehouse for a little over a year. I decided to part ways because first of all you pay a lot of money to them and don't get very good service in return. One of many examples - the rental agent I worked with was unprofessional and didn't produce very good results when looking for tenants. After been a Land Lord for 3+years, I had nothing but problems, not a single person in this office knows how to read there own Lease agreement, I have been charged for stuff that was the tenants responsibility. They promise you that they will do inspections 2times a year, 3 years later NOTHING, we have to call in and 2 weeks later still no answer. Kudos to Nichole Costa out of the Denver office for renting our property quickly and getting a 2 year lease signed. Her communication was always quick and I had no worries about her taking care of everything!
Absolutely horrible. Ever since Nick and Justin left they have totally changed their whole office. Somehow they have mixed up accounts and nobody is on the same page. We have paid rent on time for over 4 years straight. Now out of the blue they are saying we owe all this money!! They have been threatening and even put a notice of possession on our door!!!! Joe Branter will tell you multiple stories, none of which make sense, or that he can prove, about why you have not received the refund on your security deposit. My last day contract day at the property they manage was 4-30-16 and I still cannot get a straight answer on my refund. I actually moved out on 4-16 and gave Renter's Warehouse and the owner complete access to the house two weeks before the end of the lease. Caleb was extremely helpful. He made this the easiest moving transition ever! He was quick to respond after I left voicemails and was really thorough in everything he did.
Renters Warehouse are literally the shadiest group of property managers there are. They will try to keep your deposit. Dodge your phone calls and won't respond to voicemails. When the fridge in your apartment breaks they won't have a technician out for at least a week.
