I had to leave this review because I can't believe employees are allowed to act this way, Stephanie Grimes in charge of inspections was so unprofessional, her tone of voice was so demeaning. There was a misunderstanding and instead of being helpful she was rude and very unprofessional. We had Impeccable payment history, but we weren't treated like loyal tenants when it came to moving out.

Thanks to Jim Hamoy for his extraordinary effort in letting us understand the importance of having a rental property. Great job as well for taking the extra step in trying to find my relatives a house rental although it didn't push thru due to personal reasons but the mere fact that Jim helped is already a job well done. Jim Hamoy is very professional and he really went out of his way. I am from California and I am planning to transfer to Vegas in the next few months. Horrible Property Management Company. Never returns phone calls, has a total disregard for things that need to be fixed and lies to you about what the owner is saying. Had to call the owner myself to get a straight answer. Owner is not happy with them either. If I could give them less than 1 star I would definitely do it.
This place lacks customer service on so many levels. I'm not too sure about everyone in this office but apparently you have to ring a bell to be acknowledged. I waited a while and there was no one at the front desk which is not necessarily a huge issue but typically at any business people are to be at least acknowledged and no one bothered to at least say I'll be right with you or even hello. Even before we moved in being out of state people I asked the agent who is no longer with them if the condos we were renting at was section 8 and Was told that all were privately owned. But those people have rented out to section 8 now so far there was two huge cock roaches we have seen we have sprayed the condo are self to rid them from the condo and now the a.c. isn't working when we started to totally move in and just so happens to be memorial weekend ( now there is a handy man (non english speaking)to qhich he has someon... read more
Our prior manager Sarah D. from Renter's Warehouse to say the least was amazing but we understand she has new plans for herself. Getting a replacement is never easy but Andrew C. our new manager has made quite an impression on us. He actually took the time to listen to our concerns, did his deligent research and came up with a reasonable solution. My wife and I really appreciate this and are proud to have and recommend Renter's Warehouse to any owner who is looking to rent their home worry free.
I really liked Renters Warehouse when we refurbished our condo. I did not know were to start but lucky for me they had a person who handled everything for us. Her name was Stephanie Grime. She went out of her way to ask us just what we wanted to do and she suggested some things for us to think about. It only took one phone call to Stephanie and she handled everything.
