If I could give negative stars I would! It takes forever for them to do ANYTHING! Broken doors for 6 months. Water leaks never fixed costing us a ton of money. Broken sprinkler system. Not fixed. Plants dying. Renters never responds in a timely manner. When they do send someone it's a guy who really doesn't know what he's doing. We have to usually have someone come in and fix what he did. This is an "UPDATE" of my original review on 9/10/21. After much back and forth there has been a resolution reached by putting the lease back the way it was from last year and not attempting anything off color with my deposit. Even that silly $9.00 fee went away. A HUGE SHOUT OUT to Laura Hartman who understood what I was saying and got everything corrected. This is the second time I've had problems with renters warehouse, the first time they charged me a fee because the property owner NEVER told me to pay extra paper work fee, for that reason they charged me $150 to my account, I was unaware of it until they added to my account. Terrible company. A few months ago, they took over managing the apartments where I have lived for 7 years. There are many long time tenants like me. Most of us pay our rent in the onsite drop box, the same way, on time for that entire time - in the onsite drop box. More months than not, they fail to pick up rent until days after its due, but have the audacity to send nonpayment letters to myself and other renters because of their failure to do their job. Do not use Renter's Warehouse as your property management company! Whenever you have a problem with the house you are renting, they do not help you at all in a timely manner. We rented a house solely for the pool, and we haven't been able to use it all summer. They are not helping whatsoever in the fixing of the pool. Avoid this company. Read all of the posts about it. Especially their business practices. They are not responsive to maintennce requests and the agents are shady at best. Ours "forgot" to mention annual increases then had to add an addendum to the lease. They do not pass on HOA info to you at all and when the unit is sold out from under you they expect you to allow people access during covid times 2 months before move out and when you ask for early release they say theyll try and only get you 2 wx. Renters Warehouse in Las Vegas has a non-existing maintenance dept. The response time is horrible. Moreover, the process and procedure are cumbersome to the point that the resident is kept waiting on the need for many levels of approvals and their communications between, maintenance dept, vendor, and owner, etc. regardless of the severity of the maintenance/repair. Hands down Jim Hammoy is thee absolute best! He helped my family out with our move when I was 9 months pregnant. At the time I was over everything and ready to find somewhere to settle in and call home for the family. He answered all of our questions, and if he didn't know the answers right away, he would make sure to get back with us with what he found out pronto. He made us feel very comfortable and he's an all around great guy to work with. I would recommend working with him if you had the chance.

Horrible service!!! I moved out of my condo a month early in June & it was approved by the owner due to the fact that I was pregnant & due in July. I needed to be settled. I was told no charge for early termination would be given. Well when it came to getting my security deposit back, they added in multiple charges such as a 5 Day Notice for June, a late fee & rent for June.
