On Thursday, after being told by Lula Plumbing that the bathroom sink needs to be replaced, Renters Warehouse instead sent a less qualified "handyman" who dismissed the idea that the sink needed to be replace without even having laid eyes on it yet. This vendor who, in his attempt to fix the vibrating and whistling noise from the hot water knob, wound up cutting off the cold water from the bathroom sink. When I first moved into my unit a year ago, there was an issue with the bathroom sink vibrating when I turn on the hot water. Back then, a vendor was dispatched. He did nothing but simply advise me not to turn on the faucet full throttle so as to avoid the vibration. Other than that, he reassured me that it was nothing major. Stay away. This company doesn't treat tenants properly. You will have to fight them for basic maintenance and they are super cheap. Had to argue with them just to get a working refrigerator. Avoid them at all costs.

A key fob. My community recently made the switch from key access to fob access for common areas. I reached out to Renters Warehouse when I was first apprised of this switch shortly after I moved into my unit last October. The first couple times I received the runaround, I let it slide. Craziest thing there's a new tenant that can't even move in because the AC wouldn't go below 83 the refrigerator doesn't work and there is mold. She moved from out of state and hasn't been able to be there. AC is slightly working now but she has no refrigerator and she has 2 very young kids and it's the middle of summer. I bet if roles were reversed they would be just as angry and wouldn't put up with the bs. I called about an emergency situation today that needs to be resolved today. The person I spoke to -- Mariana -- stated she was marking it as an emergency and they were sending someone out immediately. An hour later I called for an update on the matter only to be told that a vendor hadn't been dispatched yet because it was marked in the system as normal priority. Me and my family called Kristie Cocco at Renter's Warehouse this week and asked her a ton of questions. We had accounting/reporting requests, were curious about Section 8 housing updates, and even asked her to reach out to see if she could get us timing and cost updates on a couple property repairs. The worst property management company I've done business with, and I've been renting both commercially and residentially for quite some time. I have been a tenant for more than 2 months now and have dealt with the following issues: 1) RW refused to let me fill out a inspection letter. Something I've done at every property I've ever rented.
