Beware : client says check out this rental listing the company has a terrible rating and reputation on yelp And sure enough on the listing it says on their listing "Renters Warehouse does not pay any referral commissions. (sorry!)" Many many years never seen that, many hard working agents who are looked upon to receive help from property managers like this If you're a property owner never use this agency since they turn down agents and their clients

I ended up just canceling altogether. They expect a prospect to rent without being able to check if all amenities are in working order. Further, they expect a hold deposit (non-refundable) without any allowance for the fact that electricity and gas are both turned off - making it not possible to check all appliances. I paid Renters Warehouse $2,000 to rent out my townhome and they won't give me access to the photos that they took. They posted them on Zillow and when I posted for rent they deleted them. They aren't retiring calls or e-mails after two phone calls to them.

Hey guy I wanna warn y'all to stay away from this place. The biggest scam in Vegas by far it's my first month in and I already can't wait to get outta of here. Had water heater problems thats took 3 weeks to get fix then a couple days later a water inspector came by and said they installed it all wrong then expect me to pay full month rent with no compassion on our on going problem. Absolutely terrible when it comes to maintenance. Had a leak we reported over a month ago that leaked into the walls and carpet causing toxic mold. This still isn't fixed and renters warehouse refuses to take accountability for this. In addition, the las Vegas manager Ryan Gonsales laughed at me over the phone when I was voicing my concerns of the mold and trying to break our lease. If I could give negative stars I would. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE. If I can not even get into one of their properties because the agent keeps telling me its on Rently.com in order to do a self tour, is nothing short of extremely rude and is ultimately not willing to admit she is wrong, why the hell would I rent from these people? Definitely the worst property management experience I ever had. I had forward them a notice from the homeowner association about filling out the tenant information back in Jan which they had promised to assign someone to work on it. After 6 months, I received a fined for more than a thousand dollars because the no one from the property management ever reaching out to them. If I could give negative stars I would! Do not use Renter's Warehouse as your property management company! The worst broker is Ryan, he does not keep in touch with you. They advertise your address with different pictures of another house. It's a company you cannot trust at all. They don't answer emails, phone calls .. NOTHING. Hard to communicate and poor work service. This business is horrible!
