Dru was awesome, very helpful, but unfortunately when I had to go into the office I dealt with Patti who was RUDE. I mean the attitude on her was real! Too bad!

Don't rent from these people. We have had a water heater go out and it took them 8 days to get it fixed. We have currently a fridge out and we have 9 days with them saying we will get it fixed soon. They have not called us one time to give us information we have had to call them each and every time. When our lease is up we will need to rent again but not from this company. March can not come soon enough. They are the worst company in terms of customer service. My recommendation is to run from this company as fast as you can.... read more

I have worked with a lot of companies in the past however customer service is very important to me and I have been working with Renters Warehouse more than a year and whenever I call and talk to Chip Lightman to follow up on something or need help he goes above and beyond to give the best customer service. I also don't have to worry about anything because everything gets handled very professionally and I will continue to get his help for my property.

Extremely disappointing sent 3 emails to the office and made calls to there office with no response back. I have a town home I was looking to rent it out but I guess there either to big or busy to respond to my enquire. I guess Black And Cherry Property Management will be managing my property.

Horrible Business Practices - Don't Waste Your Time! I had contacted their offices LITERALLY 40 minutes after they posted a listing. I immediately set up a meeting to see the property the next day (which they cancelled at 3AM after I had made arrangements to take time off work). I called in to speak with the leasing consultant, who informed me the property still had a tenant and had to wait to show the property until they vacated. The homeowner decided to approve the applicant and your showing was cancelled. Perhaps the reason you seem to be unable to find me is that my showing was booked and confirmed for 1:40. I see no point in continuing to try to explain to you as it seems you are just trying to avoid looking bad. I confirmed my appointment multiple times but no one showed up for it. I am greatful that we found another home and that we avoided doing business with such an unprofessional company. Hello Gretchen, our showings utilize a platform called Showmojo. With the reminder communication - it asks that you confirm your showing date and time. The showing was arranged at 1:20 PM with Amanda. When the agent received a text from one of the prospective tenants that they were at the property. He was very supportive, kind, easy going, smart & just made me feel super comfortable! My house is absolutely beautiful! As a property owner, I cannot recommend their service on any level. The company that we were using for property management was bought out by Renters Warehouse and ever since things have gone downhill quickly The maintenance department seems to think their role is to waste money, not to protect the owners best interests while ensuring the the tenants have issues resolved quickly and with high quality.
