Unethical, unprofessional & dishonest. BAIT & SWITCH! Not sure if it's the whole company or just Jamey Holmes. He was awful to deal with, lied and bullied us until the very end. Now unresponsive. This was the condition on the home upon walk through. He claims this is 'habitable', clean and safe; noting the cat & feces smell 'will go away'. Renters Warehouse is so highly incompetent it is nearly criminal. Prior to move in - We paid all fees, deposits, and both the first and second months' rent. We responded timely to all emails from Perla stating what payments are owed and when. Perla verbally assured us that we were "good to go" until the third month of tenancy as we paid everything through the second month. This lined up with what our lease says, so we did not question it. I am an owner. My experience with Renter's Warehouse has been bad. I have given up on Renter's Warehouse handling any maintenance issues. I will not subject my tenants to that bad service. I have had three separate issues where work was not done timely or just not at all and when I contacted the service department and manager, they were no help in getting the issue resolved, so I now take care of all maintenance myself. DO NOT RENT FROM RENTERS WAREHOUSE IN TUKWILA, WA!! This has been thee most unprofessional experience we have ever had in renting any home. The first issue was the home was not cleaned as they promised it would be. Cleaners were sent to the home after we moved in because the walls and windows were dirty and behind the stove was so filthy dirty. I live out of state and decided to use renters warehouse to manage my property, big mistake. They are the most inapt company I have ever dealt with. Not even sure where to begin. Most reviews if not all are from the tenant side, I am the property owner, and I agree with my tenant not to use this company for either renting or managing your property. Not surprised to see these folks already have a one star rating. They ghosted us at our showing and then tried to blame us by claiming that we never confirmed the meeting. We forwarded the confirmation email back to them and thankfully dodged a bullet by not renting with them.
Would do 0 if I could. Tenant who pays on time and in full. My account shows past due balances and I've received 3-day notices to pay or leave from a law firm called Loeffler Law Group (who sends eviction process notices to tenants who pay in full). I have called RW over 2 dozen times, sent over 2 dozen emails, opened a support ticket, and literally done everything I possibly can to find out what's happening here. I am writing this from the perspective of a property owner that did a one year lease with RW before canceling with them. If good communication, accountability, visibility to the management of your property, and good customer service for you and your tenant are a priority, than this is not the management company for you. INCOMPETENT. From the moment we moved in to our unit the service was horrible and eventually drove us to move out. On move out day we had a scheduled inspection with the assistant manager. She showed up 50 minutes late without any sort of notice. My boyfriend took time off work to be present for the inspection, so after half an hour of waiting we called the office to see where she was.
