Trish Graham at renters warehouse and company left me homeless. On February 5 our realtor told us that the owner of the house will not respond back to her. We were to move in on the sixth. So I am left homeless with a U-Haul full of stuff that her and renters warehouse refuses to help pay for. My roommate and I signed a contract I'm January 30 . The service from leasing agents is excellent, however this review is focussed on their maintenence department. We have had a main sewer line block now for three days, meaning no toilets, water backing up into the shower and tub. On day two they sent one plumber out to assess the issue, he provided a bid. They sent a second plumber out - who was under the impression that this was just a clogged drain, and didn't have any of the equipment necessary for doing the job, but agreed that there was a main sewer line blockage. Can't speak lower of this company. I rented a property with them and have not been able to fully inhabit it for the last two weeks and counting. They are VERY good at getting rent payments but if god forbid something goes wrong with the property welcome the keystone cops. The level of incompetence is off the charts with their terrible "maintenance division". Just reviewed some of their rental listings and found that they are not in compliance with Seattle's rental laws/regulations - this is a really bad sign. Two examples: 1). the total fees they list for move-in exceed what is allowed; and 2). they list a pet rental fee (e.g., additional rent charged if you have a pet), which is also not allowed. If they are not staying current with local laws, I have no confidence in Renters Warehouse to do the right thing (by the owners OR by the renters).

We rented a house through another rental property group and the owner decided to change their property management to Renters Warehouse 6 months before our lease was up on a nearly 5 year lease. We received no calls or introductions just emails with misspelled names and incorrect information. I am a real estate broker trying to help my out-of-country clients coordinate the details for a tenant that refuses to pay in a timely fashion. Renter's warehouse consistently fails to return calls or emails, fails to schedule timely delivery of "pay or vacate notices". Their communication is TERRIBLE. I cant even add a half a star. Rentersware house does nothing but scam people. They have illegal documents signed that only the had notorized, not the landlord, renters and them. Just them. They act like we were there. We have put in endless calls and used the so called porthole for fixes that were major and never recieved a single return call in a year. We have fixed it all on our own. This place is horrible. Rented a home from them and all was done until walk through day and the house smelled like dog urine. Come to find out the owners dog had peed all over the carpet in the dining room. I moved in June 15th and still waiting for it to be replaced. Beyond irritated. My house stinks and I'm paying a lot of money to live there. It's total bs. I'm getting the run around by everyone. I would never ever rent from them again or list my home with them.

Wow talk about bad communication and last minute cancellations for viewings! If you are a homeowner beware using this company to list your home. My husband and I tried multiple times to view a potential rental and the viewings were cancelled last minute and all communication is done automated.
