INCOMPETENT. From the moment we moved in to our unit the service was horrible and eventually drove us to move out. On move out day we had a scheduled inspection with the assistant manager. She showed up 50 minutes late without any sort of notice. My boyfriend took time off work to be present for the inspection, so after half an hour of waiting we called the office to see where she was. The representative did not have a way to contact you or husband during this delay. This is my testimony. I can't give Renters Warehouse a star. I am so displeased as a tenant​ and actually was threatened to get a "harassment​ notice" because I replied to the homeowner's​ concern. I took photos and sent it to the homeowner and got a thank you. I love my homeowners. He actually came to the house back in December and was please his property was well kept and clean. Landlord perspective. First impressions were extremely positive and a renter was found quickly. But property maintenance, communication, and access to management services were slow to non-existent. Renters Warehouse is essentially a website that charges tenants for direct deposit. If you're looking for an organization to manage and care for both your property and tenants, look elsewhere.

I would give a zero if I could. They're scam! The person who gave us a tour for a property in Seattle, came all the way up to our current address in Lynnwood to take the first months rent from us, and she made all of us apply and pay $45 each for the application fee; even though my sister is an international student, and she doesn't have a SSN!! STAY AWAY!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!! Take your money and property to a proper business that's been around for a while and has their crap together. I will never recommend them, not even to my worst enemy! I am SO dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of professionalism this company has shown us. If I could pick no stars I would. When the roof (of the house we are renting) had a second leak dripping onto our floor, we put in a maintenance request. Weeks later still haven't gotten a reply. Not a word. Three months ago we wrote an extremely detailed (and polite) email to our property manager explaining the massive amounts of mold we have found, along with many other issues dealing with foundation, roofing, ect.. As an elite yelp and google reviewer with over 35k people on my social media personal sites, I am really surprised when i somehow forget to follow the due diligence on a company all the way thru completion. I do not recommend Renter's Warehouse if you are a tenant looking for a rental home. You are not EVER allowed to speak to the property owner if you have a dispute with a decision the property manager makes. It feels like they take on ALL the decision-making for the property owner. I wish I would have looked further into this property management company prior to signing my lease.
