If I could give zero stars I would. First of all, I went to look at a property they were showing and the realtor told the couple standing next to me to have a bad day. Then, by the same realtor, I was called a liar and dumb. He also said we were a waste of his time. I would never rent from a company that allows its workers to talk to customers like that. Overall, the staff I worked with were decent to talk to and the agent was very professional and polite. My problem is that the commercials I heard with the slogan "find out how much your home will rent for" is really misleading. I filled out the online inquiry form and got a quick call back. I let them know that we were trying to figure out if we should rent out our house (vs. sell) and that I'd like to know more about what we could get per month in rent. Only reason it's a 1 is because I can't go negative. Just awful, don't use them. They "accidentally" sent me the security deposit, and when I asked, they said it was ok. Then 2 years later, when the tenants moved out, Renters Warehouse said I owed them the whole thing. So after 2 years, I'm told about a mistake, placed on hold for hours, have to have dozens of email and phone exchanges, and finally I'm trying to wrap things up and can't get them to respond. RUN AWAY, DO NOT USE THEM.

A fairly useless and incompetent team of people providing a largely unnecessary third party service and skimming off the top of your rent. Hopefully you never encounter any major repairs or issues with your home because the negligence and terrible communication from the maintainence department will almost definitely break some housing codes and laws, leaving you ripe for a lawsuit. I've thought many times to contact the owner of my home directly to let them know that they're not getting their money's worth by using this service. In fact, it makes me want to move out instead of having to deal with their incessant incompetence. They have no control over their own systems, send incorrect information, ignore requests for fixes, can't answer any questions ... and it goes on and on.

Your worst nightmare. Do not rent property that is represented by this company. Had a heat pump failure back in the winter time. Their service tech came out and pulled the circuit breaker and said the outside unit needed repair or replacement. I received a call a few months later asking if I was satisfied with the work. Seriously! The work was never done.

I have been a property manager for almost 20 years. We are moving to the area and looking for a rental home in the Eastside. After pulling up this company's information, there MAY be an explanation of the lazy, inconsiderate behavior of a leasing agent I ran into today. The company is cheap, so I guess they are hiring the bottom of the barrel and providing no training or supervision.
