1) After an hour and a half (which was the estimated time you gave me when I checked in for my appointment), you said it would be only a few more minutes. 35 minutes later I was still waiting, couldn't find you, so another employee texted you to come to your desk. In the meantime, my car was finished and had been sitting outside for quite some time. So, what I was told would be "a few more minutes" turned out to be an additional 40 minutes. Good customer facing experience with Kirk, somewhat disappointing experience with changing ETAs on service, and resulting service having a loose bolt that resulted in unsafe vehicle behavior. In the end they found the bolt when I brought the vehicle back in and all is well, but definitely took effort to keep on top of things.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Incompetence would be one thing, but the aporable way in which we were ignored and my car was left sitting for WEEKS untouched was intentional. They refused to acknowledge, lookup, and communicate with the extended warranty that they sold me... Funny since other Jeep dealerships have no problem seeing the warranty in their own system. Took it in for routine service and a recall. Tech with a grudge? They heavily damaged inside of both front doors and scratched paint along door and on outside back passenger door. They obviously just ripped my front seats out to deal with the wiring for the recall with zero regard then didn't even put them back in properly. Driver seat was loose and the passenger seat is misaligned! They even screwed down my phone cord next to the hardware, impossible to believe they didn't notice a white cord on black interior. My initial reservation was made for the wrong day. When I showed up on a Monday, which is the only day I would make an appointment as I am always off work, I was told my reservation was for Wednesday. No way I made it for Wednesday but I also had no confirmations from you on it. Picking up my vehicle was an issue. My rep was busy with someone in front of me, no big deal. Took my car in for a routine oil change and an open recall. They heavily damaged the inside of both driver and passenger side doors and scratched the outside of my drivers side removing the seats for whatever the recall was. My seats were not put back in properly and became loose while I was driving. They said they would make it right by ordering replacement panels but haven't heard anything and now, my car drives incredibly rough. I'm sorry I took my car there.

Didn't like the fact that they refused to swap out my radio, that was defective from the factory, because I was a few months past a 2 year warranty.
