I took my car in for an oil & filter change and your offered inspection. I ended up waiting for three and a half hours before this service was completed. A few days later, on a cross-country trip, I discovered that a skid plate under the engine was not reinstalled properly after removal to service the car which resulted in damage to the skid plate. I will be getting the car inspected at my destination for any further problems.

This service didn't exist. My car hasn't been back to that dealership since it was purchased. Someone at the dealership fraudulently reported that they had serviced my car.

What service?? Car sat for three days. Then we had to bring it home as wife needed it over the weekend. No new appointment. We were told to bring it back in a couple weeks. Uses coolant as fast as I can fill it.

They replaced the axle which they diagnosed as being worn, but they damaged the frame of my car putting it up on the lift. It will now have to be repaired, leaving me without a car for days to weeks while it is fixed. It devalues the car. The dealership did agree to pay for it, but it has taken many repeated communications from me to move it forward every step of the way.

My experience with Renton cjdr has been unfortunate, I would not recommend this dealership for any service on your vehicle. They are slow and cause damage while working.

They got me in immediately for my repair. However they wound up having my vehicle in their shop for over four weeks, for an 8-hour repair. Part of that time was spent waiting for insurance approval, but it still shouldn't have taken that long. The actual repair that they performed was fine. This shop also charges a higher labor rate ($300/hour) because they say they can get you in right away

They have had my vehicle more times and longer then I have never fixing the issues only getting it back with more problems the they misled me when buying never disclosing it had major problems that they can't fix and I was unable to make it to work so many times because it keeps breaking down that I lost my job which took me over a year to get into and and when I said I would take it to another jeep dealer to get serviced I was told not to because other jeep places would know how to fix a jeep .seriously that speaks volume t... read more
This is not the first time I've been disappointed with Renton CJDR. They did a tire rotation and did not check air pressure, one tire was 10 psi lower than the rest. Suggested eight thousand of dollars worth of non crucial services.
Awful. Poor communication. Service is terrible. I would not recommend buying, leasing or servicing a vehicle here. Constant delays. Had my vehicle for 13 days and didn't fix any of the issues I had. Told computers were down, products were back ordered and technicians were off sick.
