Reoccurring problems with check engine light coming on. Ive had my car in there about four times already and now I have to bring it in again for the same problem
The Jeep went in for a factory recall. The battery needed for the recall were back ordered by a month. My service time was accelerated (I believe) as a result of a pending lemon law suit. During the time the dealership had my vehicle, the vehicle indicated it was time for an oil change. No one reached out to see if I wanted to have the service done during the weeks they had my vehicle. I will now have to make an additional appointment. The express lube is gone. That's sad. When I step in at the front desk stand and wait for any Greetings but none of the employees look up to say anything. Sorry but that's a very poor customer service.

You sent us a notice that we needed tire rotation. We provided information that our tires had been replaced and aligned and provided places of service. You continued to send us notices that we needed tire rotation. Read your own updates! Please!

This was one of the worst services I have ever received from this dealership. In addition to not addressing two specific issues, I had pre approved, one of them being a safety issue, I found garbage (including the caps for the oil bottles they used) underneath the hood on top of the radiator shroud! I AM SHARING THIS SERVICE WITH EVERYONE WHO WILL LISTEN TO ME, INCLUDING AVOIDING THE DEALERSHIP AND THE MANUFACTURER ITSELF!

Where to start. Brakes I knew it was getting close to replace them $1500 was their quote - Les Schwab&*( was $662! , Less than a year ago they replaced valve cover gasket and recommended again to replace not covered on any warranty. They never took engine cover off to check about valve cover gasket and still wanted over $500 they must have Xray vision. Final nail was the heat shield for the gas tank. 2 hours & 10 minutes for an oil changeare you kidding me? I was lied to that it would finished in an hour and a half! Also too long! A scheduled oil change should be 15 minutes!
