I had to wait an extra hour because my car was put in the wrong line. They never fill my windshield wiper fluid eve though they are supposed to. It's the small things which make the experience so poor. I assume they get the hard part done correctly, it's this kind of thing which sours the experience.

A complete ripoff - took the car in with a problem with the air suspension - 4 weeks later and $8,000 paid - the car still has major problems. Quoted an additional $3,000 to repair air conditioner after paying $1,000 already - got the local garage too do the same thing for $1,200

1) After an hour and a half (which was the estimated time you gave me when I checked in for my appointment), you said it would be only a few more minutes. 35 minutes later I was still waiting, couldn't find you, so another employee texted you to come to your desk. In the meantime, my car was finished and had been sitting outside for quite some time. So, what I was told would be "a few more minutes" turned out to be an additional 40 minutes. Service was not completed on this day, also damaged my driver side door. was told id have a different advisor AND technician only to have the same people. Very Uncouth of you

Good customer facing experience with Kirk, somewhat disappointing experience with changing ETAs on service, and resulting service having a loose bolt that resulted in unsafe vehicle behavior. In the end they found the bolt when I brought the vehicle back in and all is well, but definitely took effort to keep on top of things.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Incompetence would be one thing, but the aporable way in which we were ignored and my car was left sitting for WEEKS untouched was intentional. They refused to acknowledge, lookup, and communicate with the extended warranty that they sold me... Funny since other Jeep dealerships have no problem seeing the warranty in their own system.
