2 hours & 10 minutes for an oil changeare you kidding me? I was lied to that it would finished in an hour and a half! Also too long! A scheduled oil change should be 15 minutes!

Good people, but over pricing. $185 for an oil change!
Took my vehicle in because my rear view mirror fell off while adjusting it. The service advisor tried to put the mirror back on because it didn't look broken. Couldn't do it so said he'd have a tech look at it. Couple hours later was told I need a new mirror and windshield but they didn't have any and couldn't give me an ETA. Went in to pick up vehicle to a surprise $360 bill. Was never quoted a fee. $299 diagnostic fee. $60 hazardous waste fee. For what? Nothing was repaired and no fluids were replaced. Took my car in for recall,oil change,and brake repair 08/26/2025 and told me should be done tomorrow.I got a rental for the day,came back the next day,still wasn't ready,and told me check back tomorrow.I got off early from work @ 1pm to see if my car was ready,still wasn't ready,waited til 5pm just to hear my car ain't ready again.Finally pick up my car Friday and paying a rental for 4 days and come to find out later my dome lights wasn't working in my car and the covers for lights wasn't replaced back leaving the wires wide... read more

Very unorganized, lack of knowledge, extremely rude employees, and a service manager that hides in the back. Note to the owner hire a new service manager. You need a lot of help in your service department.

After bringing my truck off the lift the hit and damaged the transmission with part of the lift leaving Bright Yellow paint. They also tried to tell me I needed a number of repairs that were not necessary. I have been bringing this truck to the dealer ever since I purchased it New and they are the only ones who have service the truck. I brought the damage to their attention and all I got was we will tell them to be more careful.
We had to take our vehicle in multiple times before all the issues were resolved. CHeck engine lights were not reset, little things left undone. Service response and communication was terrible. The service center was never on time for scheduled appointments and took far longer to complete things than expected.

Sent my Grand Cherokee in for a 4 wheel alignment....with note that the steering wheel is not centered, even though vehicle tracks straight. After it was completed, noticed no change - steering wheel is still off centered. Sent in second time, - this time a report was provided stating that the alignment was the best that could be done, and the off centered steering wheel was to be expected.
