I was very impressed with the health team at this facility they are very attentive in my mother in laws recovery all the nurses are very helpful and prompt I will recommend Rio Vista to all my friends and associates a real top notch facility!!!

This place is nice, always clean, at first I was afraid to leave my aunt here for all the bad reviews but most of the CNA's I have met that help my aunt are good, nice, attentive and mainly patient with her for my aunt is nice but has a strong Italian attitude that could seem rude but every one here is very nice, respectful and accommodating. They have a nice big patio lounge where we can sit at when I visit, the therapist are encouraging towards her recovery and the kitchen are helpful with her dietary needs and likes. The... read more

My mother just discharged from here and the staff were extremely helpful and professional. The facility was very clean and free of smells. I would highly recommend their facility to anyone who seeks rehabilitation

I have to write a review about this center because they took care of my mother. My mom had never even been hospitalized before but after a fall she needed therapy, and she was nervous to come here because she did not like the idea of being at a nursing home. Let me just say that the place always smells good!! When you walk in, it looks well taken care of and it is nice, sometimes you can catch some cookies that are baked; it's a nice treat. After suffering a horrible motocycle accident with a two month stay in the hospital, the next step of my recovery was to go to assisted care and therapy. I'll admit ...I thought it was going to a place more like a sports injury recovery center, not assisted living , but after a few days of adjusting I knew I was at the right place. They took excellent care of my mother during her six weeks of recovery. The staff was always kind friendly and made sure to make my mother's recovery the most positive experience possible.
