I ordered a replacement screen for an iPhone 6s Plus. When I received the item I starting swapping the small parts exactly as I was suppose to. When I came to swapping out the home button it wouldn't fit. The hole for the home button was too small. When I flipped the screen over to see why it wouldn't fit I found a crack in the screen starting at the hole for the home button and moving the entire length of the screen. Where to start?! First off it was good, with a few defects, but was able to work around it. It's like that send the good stuff the first time around to retain customers. After a few orders in the quality was getting crappy. It got to the point to where I was getting used parts. I could tell because the stickers wasn't on the headset holder. This company will not answer the phone I have tried calling for over a week all hours of the day, I have sent emails they responded to a couple until I shipped faulty parts back that has been almost a week ago so now I'm out the money buying the parts and shipping them back and still no parts
Purchased a new screen for my iPhone from this company. It came a day late and did not work. Local cell repair shop said it was a defective screen. I requested a refund with no reply. While waiting for a reply I bought a second screen thinking maybe it was a one time thing. I paid extra to get it shipped quickly to get my device up and running. It's going on day two and the order is still processing so the expedited shipping was a waste. I refuse to do any further business with this company and would NOT recommend to anyone.
I wanted to return items they refused to allow me to. The items were less than 3 days from receipt and un used. I decided to purchase a new phone instead of replacing battery
Shipping was fine, but the part was defective and I could not talk to a customer service person live or chat online with one. I left a detailed message with no response back. I ended up using the 40 dollar part for extra parts. I bought another one on eBay. I do recommend this parts shop.
I ordered from the company twice. First purchases was an iPhone 6s plus screen for $38.95. I sent the screen back because it didn't fit my phone. I worked with the seller to return the screen which was returned 04/17/2018. My return process was removed from the site after 2 weeks with no communication from the seller stating the screen had been received. Company was very responsive; customer service easy to deal with; they even answered a question that had nothing to do with my order. Delivery three days after promised, but it wasn't an urgent need.
