I wouldn't use this people again. I order a product . There was a error with the address it was been shipped too. Try calling they never answered the phone. Once they return my call by text. They toll me there was nothing they can do. No product and no money!

You contacted us 3 days after we shipped the order and informed us that you made an error in providing us with the incorrect address. We responded immediately to all your calls, texts and emails and informed you that unfortunately after the order is shipped, we can not make a change to the address.
One star is too much. Never received a confirmation email after my order was placed. Waited two days and called. No one answered the phone. Texted the company number. Awful customer service. Said my part would arrive on the following Tuesday. I asked for a tracking number. I was told there wasn't one. If you like being lied to and paying for parts you'll never get, then this would be the place to order from. Complete fraud!

Before i ordered from the online store i specifically asked if the iphone x charge port replacements are tested because there are some cheap charge ports that when installed make the iphone x restart every 3-5 minutes of course i was reassured they are tested so there are no issues i would be facing once i recieved guess what when installed they are the cheap charge ports that that make the phone restart every 3-5 minutes

You informed us prior to purchasing that you purchased the same part from 2 other vendors and that you had issues with the part. After you received our part you informed us that you had literally the same issue, we informed you that if you had the same issue 3 times in a row it is unlikely the part. We then issued you a refund. We would recommend you take your phone in to a professional to diagnose the issue.
I placed an order on May 27. I was charged the next day. I was told that I'd get a confirmation in 24 hours. I got no confirmation, no shipping number, and no item. I've sent several emails and still I have no confirmation number. I called the phone number on the website only to be sent to voicemail every single time. Extremely unprofessional!
They sent me the wrong item and even with picture proof they still did not want to help. Also want to charge a restocking free when the item came in an open envelop. Will not cover shipping cost even when it is their fault.
Horrible! Told me it shipped, website still says processing. Sent me a link for tracking that goes back to their website with an error. Why lie? I purchased from them because the are close in mileage so I thought I'd receive it quickly. It's a battery I am in need for ... I have a bad phone. At this point I don't trust what they will send me.

Horrible service. Placed an order 4/21, never received shipping info. Sent email to company last week, still no response. Called during customer service hours, no answer, left a message requesting information. Almost a week later still no information or call back. Avoid this company at all costs.
I ordered my parts last week and had not received a shipping number, when I emailed about it I was told the parts had shipped Saturday. I wake up this morning (4 days after it allegedly shipped) to see my shipment has just been given to the post office. I don't mind the shipping taking a little while, but being lied to definitely makes me want to take my business elsewhere.
