Correct part and shipped fast, but the phone charger port was shipped with no padding inside a regular envelope. Glue joints are peeling and metal screw tabs are bent. A simple padded envelope would have made the difference. Probably won't order here again.

Ordered replacement screen for iPhone 6s. The company sent wrong screen. They will not respond to my emails and no answer through phone calls. I will never use the company again.

I ordered a screen, battery, screen protector, and a new glass camera lens for an iPhone 6s back in November. I've tried contacting them by email 3 or 4 times no response.... by phone Once and no response. First of all the screen I ordered the flex cable that fed the mic in the front camera was damaged, thankfully I had spare parts to replace that. Within 48 hours the screen protector cracked at the top left corner and it was never dropped. Now, I had to get a cheap back up phone because the cheap screen replacement I bought... read more

I ordered a black S-Pen for a Galaxy Note8, order #XXX, and received a notification that it was shipped on November 26- it never arrived. I opened a ticket with USPS who verified they delivered to the wrong address. USPS says it is unrecoverable and that the sender (This company) is required to file a claim with them and issue me a refund. I have called over 60 times, emailed, and left messages, all with no response. At this point I would like either a full refund or for the item to be sent to me again. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S8 - Full Edge Black Tempered Glass Screen Protector form them and receiving the items in the mail, It was cracked and broken. Tried getting in contact with them but, no results. Everything else was fine but, disappointed on the Samsung Galaxy S8 - Full Edge Black Tempered Glass Screen Protector.

I also have trouble getting in touch with them. I received the wrong product. Numerous calls and emails. Still nothing. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from these shysters.

I ordered a screen protector for my Note 8. I paid for 2-3 day shipping, it took 4 days. When it got there, it was the wrong product. It actually cracked before I even got it on the phone. That's how I knew it was the wrong product. I emailed them directly more than 2 days ago to ask for a refund or the right product, and haven't gotten a response yet. The site says you should get a reply within 24 hours. But still nothing. Very disappointed.
