I sent in for my iPhone 7 Plus glass screen cover and they sent me the wrong one I have been trying for several days by email and by phone and I cannot get a response so I am SOL as of now

I've been trying to reach this company through message and phone because I was sent the wrong product...no refund and I had to purchase the item needed from another source. Also, no one answers the phone or direct messages to resolve this issue.

The screen protector then I purchased does not work. The top part sticks to the phone the bottom part is Bode have been trying to get in touch with the company for several days Left a message on their machine still have not had anyone contact me.

Honestly I thought they were a trusted site I received my part in days however I needed a exchange and there customers service is ***** and I'm starting to think there not as great as I thought so now I'm left with a wrong part and I think I got scammed

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in a business, they state on their website that the parts are 100% guaranteed and that's not the case, they wont reply to your emails nor put the customer first, i will not deal with this company again and id advise you not to do so as well.

I purchased a screen and digitizer for an iPhone 7 from this vendor. The part is defective, (missing part of the cable that attaches to the connection near the home button). I've been call the customer service number several times daily for the past 4 days during their business hours. I've left contact info and never received a call back. I emailed their customer service email and again did not receive a response. In the meantime, I had another iPhone screen to repair and mistakenly ordered the 7 again but need the 6. I ordered a replacement screen for an iPhone 6s Plus. When I received the item I starting swapping the small parts exactly as I was suppose to. When I came to swapping out the home button it wouldn't fit. The hole for the home button was too small. When I flipped the screen over to see why it wouldn't fit I found a crack in the screen starting at the hole for the home button and moving the entire length of the screen. AWFUL service. Truly awful. The parts I received were COMPLETELY non-functional. Avoid at all costs.
