Absolute rubbish. I ordered a part and specified very clearly exactly what I was looking for in the comments. They sent me the wrong part. I called them; no answer. I left a voicemail. I sent an email. No answer. But damn, they are really good at sending out these survey reminders every day so, as requested, I am leaving feedback.

I sent in for my iPhone 7 Plus glass screen cover and they sent me the wrong one I have been trying for several days by email and by phone and I cannot get a response so I am SOL as of now

I've been trying to reach this company through message and phone because I was sent the wrong product...no refund and I had to purchase the item needed from another source. Also, no one answers the phone or direct messages to resolve this issue.
The screen protector then I purchased does not work. The top part sticks to the phone the bottom part is Bode have been trying to get in touch with the company for several days Left a message on their machine still have not had anyone contact me.
Honestly I thought they were a trusted site I received my part in days however I needed a exchange and there customers service is ***** and I'm starting to think there not as great as I thought so now I'm left with a wrong part and I think I got scammed

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in a business, they state on their website that the parts are 100% guaranteed and that's not the case, they wont reply to your emails nor put the customer first, i will not deal with this company again and id advise you not to do so as well.
I purchased a screen and digitizer for an iPhone 7 from this vendor. The part is defective, (missing part of the cable that attaches to the connection near the home button).
