Ordered an item a week ago and received an email notifying me that they are processing the order and will send a notification of the item shipping. Website states that items will ship in 2-3 business days but it has been a week since. No shipping notification for a week, no response to phone calls, no responses to repeated email inquiries. Feel like I got scammed.

Never received my Product. Package was ripped open and had absolutely nothing in it and when I tried to contact customer service no one would answer the phone. When I contacted them via email to start a feud with fedex they basically told me "that's impossible that's never happened before" like they're telling me tough luck like get over it. Will NEVER EVER order from these people again. I paid 90$ for a piece of paper.

Worst service I have ever had from an electronics repair company. I had an iPhone XR screen ordered and everything looked great. I go to put the screen on and only half of the screens digitizer works. I think "OK, that's not super uncommon to get a defective screen. I'll just let them know so they can send me a mailing email to send it back and them send a new one." Their only response was "We don't pay for return shipping"........thats all. The part I received was sent to me quickly, and it was the correct part that fit nicely. However, the part was faulty and did not work properly. This was not a big deal to me if they would have sent me a replacement. But after emailing them multiple times, calling them(They don't answer their phones) and leaving voicemails that are not returned, I do not recommend ordering through them. First of all I contacted them directly and got no response but they sent a damaged digitizer for an iPad and all the premium screens I paid extra for were actuallly grade a . They have premium lcd that they charge more for and grade a which are little cheaper but in reality as I found they are all grade a . They don't have premium it's false advertising. So in short don't do business with them unless you like to throw money away!!!

these people send me the wrong battery for a ipad 6th gen model a1954 which i paid $1799 i kept emailing them they didn't respond til 2 days later after i told them that i was going to report them as fraud then they responded, saying what did we send you and for me to send them pictures and i did so it took another 2 days then they emailed me stating that send the product back and they would an exchange so i paid $4.65 to mail it back thinking it was going to be an exchange for the right battery and when they received it apr... read more

Well, shipping was quick. iPad screen arrived smashed inside the box. Damaged while packaging. 2 voicemail and 3 emails later they finally responded with a replacement is on the way. Hopefully this one won't be smashed too
