Love it here! I was worried about moving to a new town and not knowing anyone but y'all have so many social events it's been easy to meet new people :) Everyone that works here is always in a good mood and they've all been super sweet!

First time living on my own, I was nervous, but Republic at Sam Houston's leasing office made it so comfortable and easy. My building community assistant Evin Basher is so nice and attentive! The office staff is very helpful and nice. I had noise complaints for the two months I first moved here and they fixed it in no time. They always had answers and feedback! The maintenance staff is quick and professional! Great apartment and pricing. I'm happy to have made this my first apartment
I love this place been living here for 2 years now! Great property, wonderful staff, and awesome residents !!!!
