Hello!! Me and my friend signed a lease for next semester at the Republic, and some family things came up and now we have to find people to ��take over our lease��!! When we signed, there was a really good deal going on so the apartment is cheaper than usual!! Please let me know if your interested!!(:

It's a private 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment located on the 1st floor near the exits making the walk to campus less than 15 minutes! Base rent starts at $835/month plus electricity (usually less than $50/month) which is cheaper than going through the office! You will also be able to move in as early as August 1st if you wanted. UPDATE: I really cant say enough bad things about our experience here. Serious incompetence with the staff is our new issue!! Move out day can't come soon enough!! Our apartment has flooded THREE times and they are not willing to prorate rent for the inconvenience or sub par living conditions. Feel free to PM me for pictures. Also, don't believe the word of office staff, specifically Jessica. Sadly, she does not keep her word. Definitely will not renew lease nor would I recommend this place to anyone!

Major rip off , I guaranteed my granddaughters lease she moved out I keep paying the rent timely , they billed me $48 for utilities while no one is occupying the unit , I tried to talk with the manager , could not get with her during Holidays I emailed her in reference to this , in the meantime they charged me $10 per day penalty while waiting to talk to manager on a charge of $48 , in total I paid $105 late fee on the $48 charge in approximately 15 days late , outrageous and probably unlawful , potential renters beware befo... read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would but for the sake of letting anyone who is thinking about moving here know how horrible it iS I have to give it 1. First off, if the management spent more time cleaning and maintaining this complex as much as they throw useless events every month, there probably wouldn't be issues. This place is outdated and absolutely disgusting. Paid a full months rent without even living here for a month so they could "clean" and "exterminate".....when?
