I liked all the community activities that are available here. That being said there has been a cockroach infestation in my apartment for the past year. Multiple times you have sent someone to “spray” and they maybe cover five to ten feet of the total apartment, obviously not doing as good of a job as they should have. Leading the cockroaches to come back. Additionally, during Harvey the ceiling by the window leaked causing the window sill to warp become rotten and mold to grow on the baseboard. I hate this place..... I had to get this place last minute last year because everything was booked up. It is beautiful on the outside but not worth the money you pay. The apartments are small, ant invested and the maintenance is never taken care of in time. The office staff are fucking kids who are rude, unprofessional and thoughtless. They lie and say they dont get calls or messages when you are trying to contact them about an issue. I moved in last August. It is what it is... college housing off campus. Little to no notification about scheduled maintenance.... We get all sorts of flyers and notes about events but you have to check email (maybe. If they send one) for scheduled entries (or not so scheduled.) You know how I got notified about people entering? They sent a letter in the mail to my great grandmother, 200 miles away.. which didn't get there until afterwards. But we never stop hearing about community events.
