They were supposed to show up on Monday. They never called. I had to call them. They made it on a Tuesday. I made a reservation to leave the home and stay somewhere. The manager over the company said he would pay for Monday night since they didn't call or show.
From other people, they specialize in things, but it's not what I expected.
It took them way too long to get back to me on getting my stuff back. My insurance company asked for three bids on restoring the furniture. They got one bid and never responded to getting more bids. After a year, I just took my stuff back. I asked to get my stuff back for six months. They had my stuff for 9-10 months. My dining room table and china cabinet were never repaired. Now I'm in the process of having to get it myself and handle it myself. This was supposed to be included in the service.
I had issues with the employee named Isis from the office. She gave me bad notice on work that needed to be done concerning my insurance claim.
The reimbursement didn’t cover the replacement $8,000.00 cost. they only gave me $6,199.37
They left staples on my molding and door frame It can hurt someone or damage a garment
