I am not happy with the results, they had to came back 3 times because of items left unfinished. They left the job site very dirty.

The workers themselves were very nice, polite and worked very hard. There was a lack of communication between the work staff at my home and the home office. Subsequently, took much longer than it should have because of a series of having to redo the work. The crew themselves very nice and possibly some jobs given to them, they weren't well versed at. I would like to add that I do not want anyone to lose their job over this, but the job took over 3 weeks.

The team urinated in the toilet when the water was shut off and this was discovered a week later. The odor was nauseating. They also broke a light fixture in the garage.

Restoration Management had to come out a second time to clean up an area they had worked on and an area that they had left wet with standing water.

I can't recommend because I am unable to see the work. The work is below the flooring, which makes it, so I can't see the quality of the job. The issue started with my neighbor above me, and came down to me.

The man that came in that cleaned up my kitchen water, had told me he would be back on Monday, I went in the kitchen and I asked why he had to tear down a wall. I called a plumber, and he came in and said there was no water behind that wall. I had my daughter call them and tell them not to tear the wall down. After I talked to someone in the office, it made me so upset I had to go sit down to relax.
