There was an issue with the water leaking from the upstairs unit. Restoration Management Company came out to check the damage and give an estimate. The manager did not disclose any information regarding how long the humidifiers would be used and how much anything would cost. I did not receive any information.
It is hard for me to recommend someone who is not responsive.
They wasn't not professional.
RMC did not complete the full scope of work per the contract. They left part of the moisture barrier that was that was supposed to be removed during their portion of the work. The remaining moisture barrier had to be removed by the company installing new barrier after RMC did remediation work. We were charged $350 by new company for this.
