Over two years and still not finished with restoration. Some contractors better than others. Some shortcuts and some of the work was shoddy and poor quality. Contractors not vetted very well.

The demo crew took marble that was not damaged and did not even leave a sample and even broke marble that wasn’t damaged. And, now contractors are telling me that there is possible fungus under the cabinets where the water leaks occurred that did not get removed.

They did not keep their time appointment - showed up and did not do a good job in drying out - took too long

I would not recommend Restoration Management Company to anyone. They were very unorganized and unprofessional. They had to make 5 additional visits to complete the job and it should have taken 1 visit. The case manger never took accountability and blamed all problems on the employees.

I would not use them again. We finally had to go ahead and escalate it to the supervisor, and it has been very stressful with that company. Anything Triple A is associated with is not very homeowner friendly. I had a water leak also in this home that I live in, and when I mentioned prices they would not give me any. I had to go to the supervisor. The plumber said I had an invoice for plumbing that had to be repaired years ago when my dad lived there.
