They did not do a good job on my home. When they capped the wiring, they did not do the take out the island. They didn't do anything to keep the island secure. I have a baby that plays in there, and thank God it did not fall down on her. They did wiring in the kitchen, and they should have used a 4 x 2 or 4 x 4 to hold the granite countertop.

They came out and did not complete the work and still have not completed it. They haven't contacted me and they haven't finished work. They have asked for 100% of payment and I have paid half but they still haven't come back to finish the job.

I had a very good experience with Restoration Management Co. From day one Jorge Rubio and his team were calm, helpful and very efficient. They explained the process and stayed in communication with me through out. They assisted me during a very stressful time and helped me in communications with my insurance company. Yes, I would be very likely to recommend this company.

They broke a couple of things and then concealed the knowledge from us. We had to find out ourselves.

Abigail Johnson, the first out on site, spoke to us about what RMC will be handling. As this was our first time experiencing this kind of loss with a fire, we were still in shock and trying to wrap our heads around what just happened. There were others on site that same day Abigail was there, so we had a lot going on. She left her card and would be in touch to return with her supervisor to inspect everything again.
