They broke our pedestal sink and the left hand of the faucet. They also threw away items and never informed anyone, even their supervisor! They did not clean the back of the washer and dryer like they were expected to.

I would recommend the company with a grain of salt because it is the only option for this type of service that I am aware of. I'd recommend they look into other options since the overall experience has been frustrating.
They were very persistent to the point that they became annoying.
Restoration Management Company has still not completed the work. I spoke with someone who told me to contact the contractor and he will not call me back. This has been going on for months now.
