I purchased a used vehicle from Rhythm Dodge Jeep Ram in January of this year, and unfortunately my experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. After talking with Rhythm and scheduling a complete tire replacement based on their web site advertising and the scheduler talking through a tire special that was posted on their web site with conflicting dates they were now not able to honor the site date posting and the discount was removed. We went to this dealer to buy a used van that was “clean”. When we went to look at it, it was “getting a recall fixed”. Put a deposit down to look at it. Took a 4 days to finally see it. Went to look at it and it had broken screws by the wheels , looked as it front fender had been removed, emblem in front was all scratched. I wish I would have read all of these awful reviews before purchasing. We purchased a 2023 Honda Odyssey off of this group last week. We were told multiple times it was under the three year-36,000 mile warranty. It’s not. It was 13 days outside warranty the day they sold it to me. It had less than 29,000 miles when we bought it. I was in for an oil change and a engine air filter,and a cabin filter. He told me the total which was over 300.00 so I took off the cabin filter so that was all I needed. the wait was long which I understood. Service department significantly extends the service time in order to increase charges. Service person Drew was caught being untruthful about what the mechanic supposedly found as the problem to my vehicle. Attempted to tremendously overcharge me. The service manager reduced the charges but it still cost me $564 for a mechanic to “wiggle” a few wires and replace the eyelet on one wire. I will not be back and I’ll tell everyone I know, not to go there.

I purchased a jeep Rubicon a year and a half ago from this dealership. I opted for the platinum extended warranty as finance showed me the different packages I could choose from. They made it sound great. It covered so many things and I was willing to pay $3994. The most expensive warranty I have ever purchased and I have bought a lot of new and used cars. The absolute WORST customer service experience I have ever been through. If I could give the car back, I definitely would. I bought my car out of state over three months ago and they informed me they would send the necessary information to the DMV in my state so that I would be able to get my car registered. I have YET to receive any word so I had to reach out to them and after trying for days to get in touch with them, they informed me that they had not even started my paperwork.
