Contacted them about a new vehicle I found online advertised for $25,941 final price. Told them I was interested in the vehicle and Walt Whitehead then sent me a quote of a purchase agreement that came to $31,122. While I understand that there are fees for Tax, Tag, and Title which came to $2200 there are additional fees that come to almost $3000. So to go from $25,941 "Final Price" to $31,122, a difference of $5,181 or 20% of the advertised "Final Price" is a bit ridiculous.

Bought a car in January from them. They were decent people until I wanted to cancel an extended warranty. Now for some reason no one can answer the phone LOL. Also Mr Wayne promised a cash incentive for me getting him another customer, I did. I referred my own mother and finance shit the bed just like they have with me now. I also received no incentive, very professional of you Mr. Wayne 👏🏽 I will now never refer anyone to you. Beautiful new building. Lot layout is haphazard at best. Nothing makes sense or is remotely straight dress right dress. Also several lanes of new cars are blocked off where you cannot even drive through. I was considering bringing all of my service business to this store but the way I was treated by the only two people that spoke to me ( I had to ask for someone ) were very rude and acted is if I was wasting their time. They are crooks and we can prove they lied because we recorded all conversations with them with my wife and I. They had no permission to do any work on the jeep and lied now twice to the reason things were done ,they are going to make extra money if you take it to them and lie to you or at least if you are a woman or if they don't think you know anything about a Vehicle. The first service manager said they had to to replace the battery and shifter cable so they could drive it into the shop ,which it had a hole in the side of... read more

I want to start by saying salesman tim is excellent. The dealership itself is horrible. They will advertise a price then not honor it and say it was a mistake. They are breaking the law and i will be reporting them to the state and the manufacturer they represent. They should be shut down for this. The GM Should have called me but he/she did not. Do not believe any price’s they listed and do not trust them
