This location has the worst service department. I purchased my vehicle here and really wanted to do all my business here, however each service appt is the same, no communication and I have to call the sales team to get a service member to even respond! Record keeping is terrible, as I had 3 free oil changes which on the app I showed I had 1 left, but was not informed until I picked up my vehicle up that the last one was used, so the app was not updating. They sold me a Cadillac SRX in March the Engine went out in July they have avoided calls emails then was told by a third party that the owner said he didn’t want to hear about it per the GM Philip Datillio the warranty was a flop and said because service forgot to finish or do my oil change it’s Rhythms fault there was only two quarts of oil in the truck and no leak!

This company is a complete hoax. My sister bought a car from them and the warranty. Single mom struggling to make ends meet and needed to get back and forth to work. She explained this to them and they sold her a lemon! The warranty sold is a peace of garbage and wouldn't honor the engine going out less than 6mo after purchasing. Said if she checked the oil with each gas fill she would've known there was no oil in the car. So much for point inspections. They avoid calls and lie. I purchased a vehicle Saturday and documents showed no recalls. I have discovered an incomplete recall, sent a text to AL, no response. I’ll be at the dealership when they open tomorrow morning.

Don’t buy anything from this dealership. We purchased a 2022 ram and the transmission went out and the lifetime warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Take your business somewhere else you will save a headache

They have horrible customer service and have no idea what they are doing. I was interested in a Corvette Z06 and the most I got out of the sales person Tim Campbell that it was his buddies who worked there who traded it in on a Hellcat and he has lots of cars and takes care of them. He said I’ll send you a video in a few. I did at least get out of him that it was a one owner. I was on way to look and after 30 mins I asked about video. He finally responded and said it’s raining. This service department is ridiculous!The lack of communication is absurd! I should not be calling you X amount of times to get an update while I’ve been very patient it should be the other way around ! It’s so frustrating when my vehicle is my A2B Everything on my end is good powertrain warranty’s you name it. I’m good! I’ve requested callbacks, never got one do people need to get your act together with communication. That seems to be the biggest issue with the service department.
