They were great about not being pushy and the whole process was good. But when the car had brake problems on delivery I felt like they just wanted me out of their hair. They half assed the fix and this will be my third time picking it up so hopefully it’s right. I live an hour away. They are fixing it right? But still feels tense and a bottom dollar thing, not we want to make sure you’re safe thing.

The sales rep I worked with was nice. There isn’t much else that’s positive that I can say. I bought a 2022 jeep from them and when I got it home, I realized one of the seatbelts has been torn. Also, both key fobs had low batteries, and it had to have new wiper blades, even though the paperwork said they had just been replaced. I reached out to the sales manager and he wouldn’t respond to my messages, but forwarded them along for someone else to deal with. If I had to do over again I'd not have bought from them. Typical snake charmer car salesman. All fine and dandy during the process. Dropped my truck off to me with a MAINTENANCE code on the dash and the very first drive I put into R to reverse and the R started flashing. Looked up the code and it's a throttle range sensor. Emailed, called then text and was told sorry you didn't buy rhe extended warranty I can't help you. THE VERY FIRST DRIVE! Called the Toyota dealership here and it's about $700 after part and labor. Bought a car at this place that turned into a 6 month nightmare. Long story short I had to go back in to the dealership 6 months later to resign the deal after having the car for 6 months.

Absolutely horrible experience DO NOT buy the extended warranty on a vehicle they will do everything they can to screw you over! This place only cares money they don’t care about you or your vehicle

Your finance person was perfect, I believe Jeff was his name. He is the only reason I purchased the car. After a two-hour drive to the dealership, we never had any one-on-one contact to go over the vehicle with anyone. It felt that the staff was overwhelmed and were too busy. Hi Everyone- I just want to hop on here to warn you about Rhythm Chrysler Jeep and Dodge. On July 31 I traded my vehicle in for a used 2023 Jeep wrangler. 3 days after driving the vehicle, I noticed that it was leaking transmission fluid. I brought it in and they said that the person who “inspected” the vehicle wasn’t the transmission guy and put a piece in wrong when it was being replaced so they had to order the piece and I had to wait while still leaking fluid.
