Stripped the cap to my fuel filter, didn't replace it. Tried to blame it on the last people to change it. But it was brand new truck and its never been changed before. Take responsibility for your technicians.

Rhythm’s online presence is little more than your average phishing scheme. No real way of discerning themselves from the next car lot on the street, with salesman that turn in the standard walk back and forth to sales managers that make any and all decisions for them or online buyers that float offers just to get you in the door. In a day when everything has changed in the car sales market, nothing has changed.

Bought a vehicle from there everything went fine except I get home and notice the title is in my dads address in another state when it should be in mine. Contacted the salesman’s multiple occasions to be told hang on I’ll let you know or that he was out sick and never heard back. Called multiple times left messages and not once ever received a phone call back yet. Order customized plates to be here in October hopeful to not have an issue when they come in. Very poor with communication. And will not be back in the future.

Starting with never being able to get ahold of someone… due to no receptionist , poor communication, etc. I bought a pretty expensive vehicle here that was NOT serviced properly. IM PISSED!!! I feel that a purchase to this extent, the car should’ve at least been checked and normal maintenance performed before selling.. it takes a lot of me to feel the need to leave a review but check out these pictures….Maybe this is the reason there was not a drop of oil in my $40k car. Really disappointed in this dealership. I’ve purchased 3 vehicles and have had some trouble here and there with using gap and false information. Bought a vehicle last year that apparently depreciated $28,000 in one year with only putting 15,000 miles on it. Tried to give me $7,000 for it now…. That is highway robbery, and border line ridiculous. I will be moving on from this dealership once and for all. Don’t recommend.

I purchased a used car from Rhythm that in the purchase agreement they were supposed to fix a few things on the car which I highly appreciated. When I picked up the car as when I got home, found out that the exhaust pipes were missing nuts and where hand tightened to the header manifold. I was light headed and sick by the time I got home because of the exhaust fumes in the cabin of the car. They had worked on the dash for the A/C and left out screws in the dash. Contacted them about a new vehicle I found online advertised for $25,941 final price. Told them I was interested in the vehicle and Walt Whitehead then sent me a quote of a purchase agreement that came to $31,122. While I understand that there are fees for Tax, Tag, and Title which came to $2200 there are additional fees that come to almost $3000. So to go from $25,941 "Final Price" to $31,122, a difference of $5,181 or 20% of the advertised "Final Price" is a bit ridiculous.

Also Mr Wayne promised a cash incentive for me getting him another customer, I did. I referred my own mother and finance shit the bed just like they have with me now. I also received no incentive, very professional of you Mr. Wayne 👏🏽 I will now never refer anyone to you.
