Beautiful new building. Lot layout is haphazard at best. Nothing makes sense or is remotely straight dress right dress. Also several lanes of new cars are blocked off where you cannot even drive through. I was considering bringing all of my service business to this store but the way I was treated by the only two people that spoke to me ( I had to ask for someone ) were very rude and acted is if I was wasting their time. They are crooks and we can prove they lied because we recorded all conversations with them with my wife and I. They had no permission to do any work on the jeep and lied now twice to the reason things were done ,they are going to make extra money if you take it to them and lie to you or at least if you are a woman or if they don't think you know anything about a Vehicle. The first service manager said they had to to replace the battery and shifter cable so they could drive it into the shop ,which it had a hole in the side of... read more

I want to start by saying salesman tim is excellent. The dealership itself is horrible. They will advertise a price then not honor it and say it was a mistake. They are breaking the law and i will be reporting them to the state and the manufacturer they represent. They should be shut down for this. The GM Should have called me but he/she did not. Do not believe any price’s they listed and do not trust them
Grossly incompetent 👎 I spent $5000.00 to fix a 2016 Cherokee Latitude. 130,000 miles on the vehicle. * camshafts *oil pump? ( was never shown scan , scanned myself previously and scan said oil pressure sensor) Supposedly fixed. Drove home 5 miles. Check engine light comes on revealing same problem. (Oil pressure sensor) Telling me now in order to get a loaner to drive while they “fix it”, the loaner must be the same year or older. They have no such vehicle available for 3 weeks from now. Grossly incompetent 👎

They've had my jeep for 52 days. The day it was towed in I lost power while driving. I get a call saying the battery was needing to be replaced and a shifter cable even though the tow truck driver that towed it said there was a hole in the side of the block. So service manager says the battery was charged and they started it and drove it in the bay which is impossible with a hole in the block. Been given all kinds of excuses and told that it was in the middle of a teardown in order to replace the engine. I pay a visit to the... read more
