Bought a brand new 2022 Pacifica Friday before last with all the bells and whistles only to find out the DVD system doesn’t work. We were there from 3:30-11:30 so I didn’t even get to check through everything because my children were exhausted and starving. I wouldn't even know where to begin with how pathetic the service department is. Not only is their communication non-existent, but they also lie directly to their customers. After having my vehicle for TWO MONTHS with NO communication, our service advisor Jeremy had the nerve to tell my husband that he had called and left me a voicemail. Great sales staff, completely awful service department. Dropped off my car for an oil change in the evening before the 8 am appointment. They never called or gave me any update and when I called I was on hold for 35 minutes as I drove to the dealership from White House. When I walked in, I showed them I was still on hold and it was now 4pm. They never even started the oil change. I took my truck and I will be looking for another dealership for my future purchases. Shame on service department for preying on a young girl and telling her she needs extra work when it wasn’t required. You made her think she needed to have it done asap when she was just there for a simple Oil change, and the bill turned from a oil change into $900+bill!! Shame on the service worker and dealer!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST. The experience that my girlfriend and I just had with this company is the top worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. From start to finish. I bought a 2013 Genesis Rspec V8 from these people. They’re customer service is not friendly. I been owning the car for over 3 months still no tags. Not only that but they will not give another temp tag so going to work is very difficult. The night I went and looked at the car I couldn’t start it because it was dead (alternator). They put one in it came back bought it the next night. Afterwards I had charging issues so I took it back they said the Alternator was good, and they was gonna have to send it to Hyundai. I do not recommend this dealership. First they sold my trade-in with my old tag still on it that resulted in a ticket being issued on it in Nashville 7 months later that became a pain in the a$$ to get sorted out. Yes they paid it but but it took multiple days of my time to be involved. I do not recommend this dealership, 2 times I went in person for the same vehicle, each time I went they gave me a higher price. They ask you for a down payment to finance with them and there is never a difference in price. I bought the vehicle from him the third time since I made contact with a seller through the dealer's website, I pretended to be someone else and when I got the price I wanted I drove to the dealer again and the old seller was surprised. My brother bought a car from this place early fall of 2021.. it was a used car and he payed cash. The people have claimed they are sending the title in the mail and it’s Jan 2022 and we still haven’t received it. My brother gets stationed in FL in 3 weeks and he can’t register his car and take it. They beat around the bush every time we call and it’s ridiculous. Be careful buying used cars. Make sure they have the title before buying.
