The service has gone south - very poor service and not very good about repairs. I’ve been using way to long. Just recently I was told they no longer do any service work on Saturday only oil change. Plus just a couple months ago I had new ball joints installed and the right side just gave out. The recent oil change - they did not put a sticker on the windshield.
I’ve had the worst experience with this company. I’ve tried reaching out since July regarding money that is suppose to be owed to me regarding a GAP claim. Not only should this have been resolved in July, but to not get a response and the run around has been ridiculous. Ive called, I’ve emailed, I’ve left voicemails, I’ve been transferred to voicemails that are full. I use to recommend this place and have purchased my last two cars from here. The lack of professionalism and communication is UNREAL.

This location has the worst service department. I purchased my vehicle here and really wanted to do all my business here, however each service appt is the same, no communication and I have to call the sales team to get a service member to even respond! Record keeping is terrible, as I had 3 free oil changes which on the app I showed I had 1 left, but was not informed until I picked up my vehicle up that the last one was used, so the app was not updating. They sold me a Cadillac SRX in March the Engine went out in July they have avoided calls emails then was told by a third party that the owner said he didn’t want to hear about it per the GM Philip Datillio the warranty was a flop and said because service forgot to finish or do my oil change it’s Rhythms fault there was only two quarts of oil in the truck and no leak!

This company is a complete hoax. My sister bought a car from them and the warranty. Single mom struggling to make ends meet and needed to get back and forth to work. She explained this to them and they sold her a lemon! The warranty sold is a peace of garbage and wouldn't honor the engine going out less than 6mo after purchasing. Said if she checked the oil with each gas fill she would've known there was no oil in the car. So much for point inspections. They avoid calls and lie.
