I would like to recognize Christina Brittany and of course the service manager Gary Dull. They all went above and beyond to get my warranty claim accepted.I have been a customer since 2006 when it was Bob Frensley.

Purchased a Jeep Wrangler that had a wrong radio installed. In writing I was told I they would order another radio (oem) radio that was supposed to be with the Jeep. This would take 5-7 days. Well it’s been a month and still no radio. Stay away!!

Loved the sales gentleman, Wayne however it took 4 hours after I decided to purchase a vehicle. I felt as though, after they knew what I wanted they could care less about my time. I consider myself very patient and it seemed like no one there other than Wayne didn't care I was just waiting around to sign papers, and the staff that made me wait never once apologized about my wait.

They do not have there self together because they sold us the car and they did not send it to emissions for testing who does that

Service was great, but the price for a oul charge almost $70. I think was a little too much.

When I first arrived,I was told the oil change was $54.99 okay I needed it done because it was overdue. Total bill was $87 and some change. The lady checking out before me was questioning her bill of $137 and the representative huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes. If your prices have gone up let your consumers know up front of your “extra charges”. And for the express oil change there was nothing express about it,needless to say I will not be back.

service don't let someone leave with a vehicle if there's a problem also of ots going yo be longer than 30 days to get a yag onform someone and hibe them another temporary tag I won't recommend this dealership to anyone or will I be nack
