They do not have there self together because they sold us the car and they did not send it to emissions for testing who does that
Service was great, but the price for a oul charge almost $70. I think was a little too much.
When I first arrived,I was told the oil change was $54.99 okay I needed it done because it was overdue. Total bill was $87 and some change. The lady checking out before me was questioning her bill of $137 and the representative huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes. If your prices have gone up let your consumers know up front of your “extra charges”. And for the express oil change there was nothing express about it,needless to say I will not be back.

Other than the great salesman. Everything else turned out to be a horrible experience. From finance to management. The deal I made was done that day then 2 weeks later they called and backed out on the deal that was agreed upon when I signed.
My usual oil change that I received was DOUBLE the price that it normally cost. This was told to me after the oil change had been completed, and after their sales rep told me it would be closer to the original price. I will never do business with this place again.
