My wife & I bought our new car a week ago. We were promised by the salesman Nick that they would have somebody pick up our old car that we are trading in THE NEXT DAY. It’s been a week and not only is the old car still sitting in the parking lot, there has been zero contact with us in regards to this issue. We have emailed and called multiple times. If you purchase your vehicle here don't expect the service department to take care of any warranty problems in a timely fashion. We have been dealing with an issue with the radio for well over a month now on our 2020 jeep we purchased new. We have taken it in to be fixed several times. Communication is horrible from the service department. replaced radio once, did not fix. Had to wait 2 weeks or so just to get that. Took back in and were told it needed an update. WARNING ******** Do NOT purchase from here. Horrible customer service. We have been waiting over 5 months on a title and tag. The drive out tag expired 4 months ago. Called the county clerks office to find out today there is an issue with the title and this dealership refuses to give a refund. Beware and just look at the other reviews. This is the truth don’t risk buying from them.

We purchased a new vehicle on 10/19/20 and we were given a temporary tag, which expired on 11/19/20. On 1/14/21, I called to inquire about our title and registration. I had to leave a message for Peggy Nabors, and she did not return my call. On 1/15/21, I again called and explained our situation to the operator, who transferred me to Peggy. My fiancé purchased a jeep in November and he can’t even get tags. They keep send temporary tags. They won’t even return calls. This is ridiculous and I would not recommend dealing with them.

I bought my Jeep over a year ago and still have no registration for tags. No one will return my phone call or answer my questions. RIDICULOUS

I went to this dealership to shop for my boyfriend’s first car. Unfortunately, he found one and purchased an absolutely ruined car. They let us leave with an empty tank of gas and a broken key. He ended up spending about the price of the car on repairs. When he called the dealership hoping for an ounce of accountability, he got none. Because he hadn’t spent several thousand on a warranty (because there were $$$ added for features that he didn’t expect), they couldn’t help. Or they refused to.
