Good service great technology.
If I could leave a 0-star review I would. It took them three weeks just to begin LOOKING at my vehicle for service. It was at the dealership for almost 5 weeks and when it was finally fixed, I was never notified. When I arrived none of the service representatives were able to provide me with assistance in finalizing service payments so the manager had to provide assistance. Purchased a Jeep Wrangler that had a wrong radio installed. In writing I was told I they would order another radio (oem) radio that was supposed to be with the Jeep. This would take 5-7 days. Well it’s been a month and still no radio. Stay away!!
Loved the sales gentleman, Wayne however it took 4 hours after I decided to purchase a vehicle. I felt as though, after they knew what I wanted they could care less about my time. I consider myself very patient and it seemed like no one there other than Wayne didn't care I was just waiting around to sign papers, and the staff that made me wait never once apologized about my wait.
