This is by far the worst dealership we’ve ever done business with. My husband traded in his truck to purchase a newer truck from the dealership in February. A week later, the financial department called us to come back in to sign new paperwork since they “could not give us the rate we initially agreed to”. Aka someone messed up and they weren’t profiting enough money off the truck, therefore needed to make us pay more money. Flash forward to May. service department is very poor the service manager name is Paul no my truck been over there for four and a half months they cannot find out why my truck will not stay running so today that took it back to him and they heard it that it was like missing and I said please fix my truck went over there to pick it up and I said it's still not working and it's still not running right he told me that was my problem I need to take it somewhere else and get it fixed who tells a customer things like that and you supposed to be a reput... read more

PLEASE NOTE: MY SALESMAN, TEXAS WAS GREAT.) I purchased my vehicle on 04/03/2021. It is 06/21/2020 & no one can tell me where my tags are. My second set of temp tags of course expired on 06/03 & I STRUGGLED to get in contact with anyone that could provide me with another temp tag. The receptionist kept saying “well we can’t give you another temp. I don’t have access to see what’s going on with your tags. Although I had a great salesman who sold me the car, everyone knows they talk up the cars on their lot WAY too much. I was told my jeep renegade was in exceptional condition practically brand new. Within 12 hours of me buying it my check engine light comes on which most likely means the codes were cleared before I ever test drove it. Took it back the next day hoping to get it fixed because thankfully I bought a warranty, just to be told I have to make an appointment and the earliest they could get me in is in 2 weeks..... d... read more

Don’t recommend buying from here!! Super shady salesmen that work here. Saw a new truck price online with a dealer discount included. Called and asked if it was available. Was told truck would be showing up the following week on a truck. Go to the dealership and show them the online price and they refused to honor it. So they told me the truck was sold already. Made a post on their page, long story short they seem to not do anything they tell you they will do. Car wasn’t even took to Kia this morning by them as of 11am this morning when it was suppose to go first thing. Sales manager hasn’t called me which was suppose to call me this morning. So as of right now I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from here.

Some of the worst customer support I’ve ever seen. I’ve got hung up on multiple times today, their urgency for delivery on paperwork is a joke, and it’s taken almost a month for me to get my title. It would be easier to buy a car from the side of the road.

Made an appointment for an "express" oil change. Got there 10 minutes early and it took them 2 hours for just an oil change. Will not be going back. I will go to a different Jeep dealership for service.
