Well, to start I had to go in ask for sales person. Then when I got one told him which Jeep I wanted to look at he was ok I guess then walked out to it to walk back inside to get keys. Then young polite sales guy walked up and we told him we already had someone. He said ok but my wife did ask him something and was very polite to answer even though we had told him we had already got a salesperson. The actual service people at the express lane have been fantastic!! Could not like them more. As for the service department I have tired to schedule a fix for a recall and never get a call back... then they send me to voicemail box that’s too full to take an messages... thats been the same for weeks

Because of your poor service, my daughter got stranded during her cross country trip from TN to So CA. The car would not start. We discovered the battery terminals were corroded which means you never checked the battery! We took the vehicle in for a complete car service, specifically telling you to fully inspect and prepare the car for the long journey! You did not! Instead my daughter got stuck in Oklahoma for the night! Never again will we rely on you for service!

Brittany was great, and friendly as far as personal contact, when I brought my truck in for some factory recall repairs. I also asked to have my tires rotated and balanced. I was called and told they weren't worth doing, and tried to talk me into 700 bucks worth of tires, when the tires on my vehicle are 7/32 in tread depth, (yes, some of us are actually mechanically trained ourselves), more than half tread life left. Not the way to get repeat business or a good recommendation

I tried buy a truck with them. Part way into going over the #’s I started talking with a Sales Manager. When we got to the point of submitting the Financing the the bank he told me he needed a 500.00 deposit so it wouldn’t be sold out from under me. We talked back a forth about the payment and down payment. The last time I talked to him he was short with me, I told l accepted the deal. He said he would make it happen right then. If I could leave a 0-star review I would. It took them three weeks just to begin LOOKING at my vehicle for service. It was at the dealership for almost 5 weeks and when it was finally fixed, I was never notified. When I arrived none of the service representatives were able to provide me with assistance in finalizing service payments so the manager had to provide assistance. My customer service representative never responded to any of my messages and I had to constantly call. I didn't have my car for almost 5 weeks so if you... read more
