Update.... The buying process was excellent it’s everything afterward that is poor service. Owned the vehicle for a month and can’t get anyone to return a phone call. Been a month still no tags and trying to get another temporary tag has been a hassle. The worst part is I still don’t know if my trade in was paid off and when my payments start on the new vehicle. They are very Sales driven people, not listening to what the customer wants. I specifically made it clear numerous times NOT to shop my credit, the finance guy said to my face that it was ran only once. it was shopped 8 fricken times! Then had the nerve not to even explain my contract. Just kept giving me the iPad to sign here, sign here, sign here. Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had, after purchase! I’ve called and left numerous voicemails with no response. Would not recommend. Once you make the initial Purchase your dead to them.

They let us leave with a truck without being finalized. We were told we had to get gap insurance in order for them to make money even though it’s illegal to make someone do so. We didn’t get money back for the gap insurance even though we should have since it made the payment go higher. And lastly the paper that stated the monthly payment, “that’s not suppose to change even though it did,” disappeared. I don’t trust them one bit, you will get played and lied to. I don’t not recommend!!!!

They had my truck for over a week. Didn’t call or anything. I had to call them to ask what they had done to the truck. They were booked and didn’t have enough workers to do anyone’s truck. To be honest I believe they just want money. They want to keep your vehicle to get the minimum due for looking at it. They also had to find my paperwork in a stack of papers ( at least a hundred or more).

Failed to diagnose my truck. brake light does not work including my truck not shutting off. They had my truck for over a week and I ran the codes turns out to be the bcm. The only task completed was a recall.

I have been buying cars for over 40 years and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I got my own financing through USAA, which this place doesn’t use, but the finance manager never sent the paperwork and went on vacation. USAA started calling me. 2 weeks later I had to get the the info for USAA. Now almost 7 weeks later, I still have no tag. They won’t give me a date or return my calls. Going to the BBB next. If you are buying a used car, go to Carmax, they are the best.
