This company started my pool in August 2020. It's now October 2021 and it's still not done. I have to literally call/text at 8am every day to get updates with 90% of my calls going unanswered. If he does pick up, he'll promise to get you on the top of the subcontractor's list. It was all untrue. The most unresponsive company ever. Do not trust them with your project. Your better off elsewhere! They need to reword their mission statement and take out "integrity" because they certainly have none of that!
Horrible experience dealing with Richard's Total backyard solution. Been over 1yr and this company can’t seem to finish what they promised.
